Today they had a new girl working (assuming she's new because I never seen her before) I ask her for the bathroom key and she looked at me from top to bottom giving a nasty look and proceeded to say with an attitude "the bathroom is out of order" I told her I was doing laundry and that I come here every time but she didn't care. I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. Mind you I think she's Colombian.

Our clothes and sheets have been returned with stains that have easily come out with a quick soak by hand on the last couple of batches. What's quite unfortunate is the fresh laundry smell has been long gone even at pick-up. Sadly, COVID and related closures have had quite the impact on many businesses, and this one is no exception.

When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.
