The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Now, a year later, they keep sending me marketing texts EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP, and when I reply with STOP and block their number, they just change their number to avoid my blocking. Today they texted me from a TWILIO number with is a VoIP provider that will give them UNLIMITED numbers to avoid blocking. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's illegal to contact me after I tell them to stop and they keep doing it so if they won't obey THAT LAW, what makes you think they'll comply with other laws? And sending a saleman who doesn't install is the way a lot of companies do this stuff and it inflates the cost of projects unreasonably and the salesman may tell you the job is going to be done a particular way and that might be the wrong way. I have had salesmen quote me DOUBLE what other good companies will do jobs for. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I told you so.

His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

We had two security cameras (with motion sensors) that needed to be hard wired from a non outlet location. Others quoted me $150-300+ more than David did. I was skeptical of his estimate as others kept telling me there's no way any one could do the job for under a certain amount. David showed up RIGHT ON TIME. I showed him the areas and he went right to work. No fuss, no complaints. I didn't feel the need to check on his work as I trusted he would notify me of any issues (which he did once when he showed me an area he had to cut differently due to wall studs). The cameras were installed cleanly and looks professional! I was even more impressed that he thoroughly cleaned up each area (with a vacuum i think too) when he was finished. I had asked for a landscape lighting repair quote and he diagnosed it pretty much for free (I'm hiring him to come back to replace quite a few broken lights). We hired him to come back to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in a ceiling that had no outlets/wires. His prices are really so reasonable. He also worked on our landscape lights that had not worked in so many years. The entire job took almost all day and he worked tirelessly. He did leave for a lunch break but came back. I am in love with the recessed lighting and kicking myself for not having it done sooner. The room is brighter and feels so much more alive.
