I don't know if this guy only service's people he knows or what. But George demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism during my interaction with him, and I highly recommend going with another electrician if you need a job done by a certain time and date. Or, really, if you need a job done at all. I had called in a week before I moved apartments (which is already stressful enough) and scheduled an appointment with George to have a large light fixture removed from my old place and reinstalled in my new one. He seemed confident and friendly enough on the phone. We settled at 9:00 AM on a Friday, not exactly an unusual appointment. However, when the day and time came and I was frantically coordinating movers and cleaners, George was absolutely nowhere to be found. I gave him an extra hour just in case things were busy that day, but he did not show; I called him repeatedly on every phone number listed on the website and left multiple concerned voicemails, but never heard anything back. Finally, after waiting two full hours and realizing I was not going to get my light changed out if I didn't call someone else. So, I gave up and went with Someone that respected my time and who was able to come within 90 minutes of my call and saved my day. Recently, I reached out to this company with the intention of having a car charger installed at my home. I wanted to understand when their expert could visit, provide an estimate, and kick off the project. However, the interaction I experienced was marked by a shocking level of ignorance. Rather than offering a timeline for a technician's visit, they demanded that I send photographs and measurements myself before they would even contemplate providing assistance. When I mentioned my inability to fulfill these tasks due to time constraints, the response was not only careless but shockingly dismissive: "this is the way we do things." This blatant lack of customer service, coupled with an inflexible "my way or the highway" attitude, highlighted our incompatible expectations. I choosed Premo electric based on there yelp reviews and I was very happy to be able to book Premo Electric a day before thanksgiving. I wanted to surprise my mother with some can lights and a new ceiling fan which replaced an ugly dome light. Richard and his crew was able to make something old and uncool very modern and in style. I recommend Richard and his crew to do your electrical work. They always manage to get the job done and are very respectful and finish the job with no hassle and in a great amount of time. They can get the job done and will always take pictures to show you the problems you encounter and they always know how to fix minor details to your problem. I also was able to save my mom some money on her electric bill since the lights installed were LED lights. The pricing for the job done was very affordable and I look forward to working with premo electric with my house in the near future especially for the quality work that they do. I thank Premo electric for making this gift possible a day before thanksgiving since they are usually always booked but knowing them as hardworkers they make the time for there customers. I called Premo Electric in a panic, and they were able to dispatch one of their electricians, Sean, to my home within a matter of hours. From the moment Sean arrived, I could tell he was a true professional. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem as a faulty outlet. He then replaced it with a GFCI outlet, a proper one, and carefully checked the rest of my electrical system to ensure there were no other issues. What impressed me most about Sean was his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and he made sure to double-check his work before he left. I contacted Premo Electric to diagnose and fix a series of lights and electrical outlets in my home, which finally quit working after periodically going and off - without tripping the breaker. I selected Premo due to its highly rated reviews after another electrician did not want to initiate a diagnosis until the lights and outlets went out completely. Premo's electrician, Niall, called me prior to arriving, and arrived as scheduled. The problem required some sleuthing to diagnose, and Niall was able to resolve the problem, outlet by outlet, after asking me a series of questions. He also assisted me with fixing two ceiling fans, one of which had related electrical problems. He explained to me what caused the problem, and some upgrades that may be needed in the future. Niall was very courteous and professional, and was very knowledgeable about his work. I understand he is fairly new to Premo as an employee, and I think he makes a great addition to the team! From their professionalism to their workmanship, Premo Electric gets nothing but praise from me! I needed an outlet installed for my electric dryer, and came across Premo Electric on Yelp. I'm very glad I did. When I called them to talk about what I wanted, they were kind enough to explain the process to me since I was still unclear as to what type of outlet I would need and how it would be installed. Once an appointment was set, Richard, Peter, and Benny, the electricians, came to do the actual installation. They were even able to arrive earlier than the appointment time because their previous job finished early. When they arrived, they placed tarps on the floor and booties over their shoes before starting their work. I really appreciated that they did that. It's little things like that which show they respect being in someone else's home and that professionalism is important to them. Outstanding customer service and professional competence. George, Matt, and Richard came out to do a panel replacement, install some LED can lights, and a couple other other random items. They took great care in keeping the place clean by laying out plastic prior to working, wearing shoe covers, and cleaning up after the work was done. While doing the work they took the time to explain things so that you could understand exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. I am always looking to learn and I never felt like I was bothering them if I asked a question or watching what they were doing. Electrical work isn't cheap but Premo Electric is very transparent regarding their billing. I provided them a budget which they honored despite going over. All materials were at cost and they provided itemized receipts. Premo Electirc also offered me a military discount. First, I commend Premo Electric by being prompt in returning my phone calls and providing me with a fee sheet I could understand (not my experience with other electricians). They were also courteous when I had to reschedule my appointment. On the day of the appointment, Julian called to give us an exact time he would arrive at our house, which was then actually the time he showed up! Julian spent a lot of time with us reviewing the things we wanted done. He then gave us his recommendations and explained things very clearly so we could make the best decision for our 1922 house. Then he got to work and was a champion--he worked very hard nearly all day to complete the projects we agreed on. I gave them a call and Richard Rodriguez worked hard to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. Niall Deffenbaugh was the electrician that came out. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He even put shoe covers on! He was very knowledgeable and already had an idea of what the problem was and where it started. In less than 10 minutes he found the problem and was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes. I hope to not have electrical problems again but will definitely give Premo Electric a call if I do. Due the urgency of my issue, I requested next day repairs and they were more than happy to oblige. Gave me a precise time window (which they showed up in the first hour of) and called 20min ahead for confirmation of arrival. My service techs were Christian and Sean, who were both very polite, friendly and easy to understand exactly what repairs they were making. They got directly to work and did not appear to waste time in order to extend the "per hour" charges. After researching various electricians to have a new electrical line installed into our dining room, we chose Premo and could not be happier. Prior to having the job done, we knew we would have drywall damage no matter what. The electrician, Niall, was prudent in not making more damage to the drywall than was absolutely necessary. Niall estimated up to 10 holes in the drywall and was able to do the install with just just 2 minor holes which were quickly and efficiently patched. All in all, we already have plans to have Premo return to our property to complete a few more electrical jobs due to the professional service we received today.
