See pics for proof But I will say this the owner contacted me and apologized for this awful experience. I really appreciate and respect that. He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. I will still warn everyone to always get a second opinion and be careful out there. I will be giving them another chance as long as this situation never happens again.

The installation crew came out and they were EVEN better than the customer service and sales rep. Eduardo Naranjo needs a promotion and a raise. The man was so humble, genuine and all around a great guy. He dealt with my kids and many dogs with no fear lol. He was professional and kept me apprised of everything the crew was doing. At then end of the installation I was sad to see the man and his team go because they were so personable and efficient. On the hottest day of the summer his crew installed our solar panels and Powerwall with limited power interruptions. They cleaned up before they left leaving no trace of being there. Currently I have multiple electricians verifying this. You cost me over $2000 due to loss of 30% tax credit for that upgrade and me having to dump $1000 to replace the zinsco breakers in a desperate effort to make it safer. Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch. I called Jamar because I was having an inverter problem with my solar system. They promptly came out to verify that the inverter was not working and that it was still under manufacturer warranty. The company took care of the entire process, including contacting the manufacturer, removing the faulty unit, and installing the replacement unit. The service was courteous and quick. There was no charge since the warranty was still active. I was a very satisfied customer. read more

We selected JPS to replace our solar panels as our previous set was failing. Their price was competitive and their project and installation personnel were fantastic to work with. Our new panel installation looks great and is working as expected. Our previous panel installers went out of business. That's another aspect of our choice, as JPS isn't going to disappear and not be there if you need to them to address a future issue with what they have installed. read more
