Enter our third transaction with David and I have to say, I wouldn't want to do this without him. We tried to do it on our own. We talked with other agents. Neither worked. We talked to David again who initially disagreed with us on some things but after a discussion, he lamented and said "You are my customer and I'll do what you want" The result was better than we expected. David has the unique ability to drive the whole process and you stay in the shadows, or to LISTEN to the customer and do what they want while driving.
