Cloud Slingers is working on doing it right. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, with a great memory! I have only been in there twice, weeks apart, and on my second visit he remembered me and my flavor profile and suggested a few new products to try. The shop is clean and neat with a decent selection of mods and a variety of E-Liquid made in Arizona at very reasonable prices. The house line is lab manufactured and quite tasty, no mixing out back by the sink for this place! I got my mipod vape pro(mind you the plastic wrapping was off) I asked if it had been returned or used they said they don't take returns got the mipod kit and while looking at it its condition looked like it had been a return argued with the lady there which was the employee about the scratches it had finally gave up and went home trusting her word but looked at it closer the m was scratched up and had like a white spot on it so I called back wanting to speak with a manager and the lady said she'd call me back and was rude then called me back saying it's impossible it was used because they don't take returns and said they would offer 50% off my next one due to this I go in and the lady said no she said 15% off manager was shit so is their customer service when it's there fault and had been used don't go there ever since Mary left it's shit now! Top tier product and knowledgeable associates. I went in knowing what I wanted, but I have since switched over to a product I found there. This is my go-to vape shop now. The Prescott store is the only one I've been to, but it is super classy and clean. It actually has ambiance. Also, the value you get by initially purchasing the Foger kit (juice and detachable battery) allows for cheaper replacement pods. 10/10 recommend. read more

I'm sure these are great people with great products, but the first time I walked in (to buy a dab rig) the first thing said to me was, "You can't go back there." I was trying to get close enough to the bongs to see them. That doesn't work for me as well as, say, "Good evening. What can I help you with?" Cloud slingers sold me a disposable ezee stick box and the vape was tasting burnt after less than 24 hours. After having bought multiple vapes from the store I would have thought they had some sort of return policy, but, the worker turned me away as if I had not been a loyal customer. I won't be going back there for the simple fact that they will not stand by their products even for 24hrs and I do not suggest that anyone that values good customer service go there either. read more

My experience at Cloud Singers on Gurley Street in Prescott was terrible for several reasons. The main one being that the sales person was cold and offered no help. There were no signs stating that there were no exchanges and no refunds, nor did she tell me that. I ended up with a large bottle of juice with 70/30, non nic-salt. The clerk plopped down a bottle of juice, didn't tell me what it was, but let me believe that it was 80/20 nic-salt as I had requested - I showed her. When I discovered that it irritated my throat, I took it and my receipt back to exchange it. It was then that she told me no exchanges, no refunds - I was stuck with a juice I couldn't use. The worse part was the lack of customer service she displayed from the beginning. She told me I should have known what I wanted - I did tell her, I showed her! She blatantly didn't care. read more

Went in today for the first time from out of town. The guy behind the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable. Directed me to Mint Kick and loaded up my vape because I was traveling and he didn't want me to mess up the car :) Vaped it on the road and was happily surprised at the flavor...he definitely hooked me up, its my new fav flavor. I had a great experience at this shop. They are brand new, so the place may look sparse but they have a good selection. They also let you try a lot of flavors which I haven't seen done at most shops. It's really nice to taste the juice as opposed to going off of smell alone because they can vary quite a bit. The people working there are very friendly as well, shaking your hand and learning your name as you walk in. To top it off my wife and I won a raffle and got a big box of free premium e-juice.
