After the procedure I was extremely sick and not only did my pain not improve it increased dramatically. I called for a follow up appointment and was told he does not take them. I met with Dr. Anacaya the following week and she agreed we needed to change my treatments due to the severity of my issues and that I would be scheduled to see Dr. Baumann in the next 1 -2 weeks. The scheduling desk called and told me Dr. Baumann is very busy and only works 2 days a week. My first appointment to begin my treatments would not start for a month & 1/2 and they would only treat one side of my neck at a time. My treatments would not be completed for 2 1/2 mos. I have confirmed with my PT and other Pain Centers that there is no reason to do one side at a time. Clearly they do not care about their patients even when they have had a extremely bad results and increased pain. I will be returning to Flagstaff Bone & Spine. I was hoping for local treatment.
