Putting this in here as pending, as we are in the middle of the work being completed. I will update when the job is complete. Price was fair, salesman did a great job explaining and helping us decide on a few details, workmen arrived on time and were very tidy. A window arrived broken, which happens no big deal. It should be replaced in two weeks we were told. Not all the screens were delivered so waiting on those to be ordered and installed.

We ended up having someone come take them down and replace them. No problem with my new ones.. They don't stand behind their products.
