They not only quickly assured us that they wouldn't cause any damage, but took photos and promised our driveway would look better than they found it. They completely lived up to their promise and then some. Aside from the good work they did on our neighbor's house (new sidewalk, retaining wall, foundation repair and slope with French drain for water runoff), they also did an amazing thing for us... they cleaned our driveway, cleared it completely, and seal coated it 100% for free. It looks brand new, and me it honestly looked pretty rough before they fixed it up. It was so unexpected but so awesome that I had to share it on Yelp. I feel like it's really easy to find companies that don't do things the right way, but based on this experience I would 100% book them if we had something come up. They had no connection to us other than using our driveway and went above and beyond.

We've had quite a few major projects to undertake since we purchased our home last summer. During…read moreone issue (a leaking window trim) we found Fidler on the Roof. Aaron came out and got up on our roof, even fixing a gasket around the sewer pipe, but they weren't able to help us with the original window issue. He recommended several people and actually followed up to see if we got what we needed. Aaron did all of this without any money exchanged. Fast forward a few months to the storm on/around October 14, 2017. This is the same storm that did quite a bit of damage to World's of Fun. Trees were uprooted there and parts of the park were flooded. A tree in our front yard had a large limb and part of the tree fall on the front part of our house/roof. We used Farage Tree and Stump removal to get the limb off the roof. We had used them before and they even came that night to have it removed. Our insurance company had an adjuster come out and they said we would need a new roof. The Insurance company said we should pick who we wanted to do the job for us. We called several places to have our roof looked at. Due to all the storms this year, most people were backed up. Aaron from Fidler on the Roof came and looked at the roof quite quickly. Another roofer finally did come but never replied to our emails after the visit. Both estimates were very close in price. Aaron helped us with picking out colors and gave us all the information we needed. He gave us an estimate of when they could get the roof completed by and communicated well. He also communicated with the Insurance agent and made sure they had everything so we could get the insurance check quickly. We had a few minor issues with starting on the day of the project (they got caught up finishing another project and one of the trailers broke), but once they began they worked quickly. Tarps were placed around the house and care was taken to minimize trash. They stripped the shingles in a few hours, and by 1 pm the next day they had the shingle work completed. Our roof is fairly small but steep in pitch. A fascia board cracked and an interior beam had a slight crack in it as well from the tree damage. Aaron used a carpenter that works with them to complete that aspect of the job. He came a few days later and finished that work perfectly. The other company who came to give us an estimate could not do this work. We would have had to find someone else to complete the carpentry work. Flashing around our chimney was the last step and that was completed the following week. They communicated every step and even sent photos from the roof of the work completed. After dealing with a lot of companies, I will say Aaron and Fidler on the Roof is a respectable and straight forward business. They were busy and sometimes things happened (a few timing issues), but Aaron was always there to answer any questions we had and was good to his word. I would recommend them and their work to anyone.

He moved this 14 x 33 ft building around Millions of dollars of merchandise...within inches and maneuvered it so professionally and precisely, that to say it was impressive would be an insult. The building was being moved from one location to another, so there could have easily been complications with logistics. But..there was ABSOLUTELY NONE! Dean and Dan were AMAZING! Just to see their delivery truck alone is worth the cost of the building-which was made like nothing I have ever seen. We have had the building for over a year and a half. It was custom built and has been fully in the weather for the entire time. Even after the move, every wall remains square (we are just now finishing the inside and thought we might be off square after the move...NOPE). The garage door opens and closes without a single wrinkle. The windows are fully functional and square and the walls are dead on center. The customer service is over the top...they make chocolate chip cookies and have a customer appreciation event like every month or so. I have no idea, I have been to 1 of them and the music was great. They grilled burgers, hotdogs and invited the community to just come hang out and eat with them. WOW!
