Kind of a hassle - vacations should be fun & easy. Staff were inconsistent - some good... some not so much. This is my 3rd Ritz Reserve hotel experience and this one did not measure up to the one in Thailand or Bali - those two were absolutely superb and unforgettable experiences. Would I go back?
