My friend and I were on vacation when we decided pedicures were absolutely required but it was kind of late in the day and we didn't know the area very well. We searched online and found this shop not far from our hotel. After calling and getting lost for the 7 minute ride (lol), we drove up with our service dogs in tow. The staff didn't even blink or give us a hard time about the animals. We really appreciated that! The salon was clean and open. It was very busy but they got to us and we didn't feel rushed. We both got a detox pedicure. I nearly fell asleep in the chair and my friend was humming! That's good work!!! Both dogs took naps! Happiness all around! The staff offered cold beverages and a menu of services. We felt pretty and pretty relaxed when we left. I highly recommend this business. Go looking for it. Judging from the amount of business, they are very popular. Judging from the service, they deserve it!!! read more

Since moving into town I've gotten a facial, 2 blowouts, and a manicure here. My experience has been fantastic and I've been thoroughly impressed by all of the services offered here. The Victorian home brings a fun vibe to the space and this is a great place to stop by if you are looking for some great self care gifts for yourself or others. I had a good experience at Jasmine Salon & Spa in Lake Geneva, though there were a few things that kept it from being perfect. The service was meticulous and clearly performed with care, but the overall pace was quite slow--and for the price, I expected a bit more. One strange detail: the wax wasn't warm, so I had to get my eyebrows done after my facial, which definitely disrupted the relaxing flow. By that point, I was watching the clock, nervous that my parking meter was about to expire, which made it hard to fully enjoy the moment. The facial itself was lovely--my skin felt great afterward--but I was surprised that no steamer was used and extractions were minimal. Also, the products left my hair extremely greasy, which was a bit of a downside as I walked out. Another odd touch: I never caught the esthetician's name. For a personal service like a facial, that lack of introduction felt impersonal. Overall, a nice experience with attentive service, but a few details--like pacing, order of services, and communication--could be improved. read more

I'm sorry but I spent $142 on a spa pedi and spa gel mani and my nails look awful. My toenails dried under a drier for an hour while my finger nails were done. I left there at noon. At 3:00pm I put gym shoes on and about an hour later when I took them off, both of my big toes had the polish all smudged!!! Then only 30 hours later and my gel coat is peeling off on two fingers and chipped on both of my thumbs. Worst waste of money ever! read more

My first time here and the service was amazing! Leticia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She sat me down and asked a lot of questions to make sure she got my highlights perfect. She suggested some products to help get my hair into great shape for my upcoming wedding. She is so sweet and caring about every little detail. The warm towels and the hand massage was an added bonus! In addition I have to say when I first called this salon about a bridal updo the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I went in for a trial appointment and loved what they did with my hair and make-up and then when I went in for the real deal....my hair was even better than it was the first time with the couple of tweaks that the stylist and I talked about. The spa facility in this gorgeous period home was quiet and state of the art. In some ways it rivaled spa experiences I've had in Minneapolis. I continue to be wowed by the quality of the staff at Jasmine, the five star service, and their dedication to ensuring guests' total satisfaction! Jessie is my stylist and she has figured out how to get my ultra-resistant gray hair to color beautifully. That is a miracle in itself. At my July appointment, I told her I wanted to chop off all my boring shoulder-length hair that was always shoved into a ponytail. She urged me to wait a month "just to be sure," which was great advice, since the extra time made me 100% ready. When I went in yesterday for my cut and color, Jessie tag-teamed with one of her senior colleagues on the cut, and the results are amazing. I love my new hair cut!! It's edgy, easy, and looks adorable. A big shout-out to Melody, who generously gave her time and talents to the haircut, and to Jessie, who patiently held my hand. Both ladies took their time showing me how to style my new "do" and I can't wait to show it off. The ultimate test was walking in the door and seeing the look on my very conservative, "I love long hair" fiance, who said, "WOW! Your hair looks great!" My husband bought me SpaFinder Gift Cards and I decided to use them at this Spa. I had been there before for a facial with Amanda and really enjoyed it. However, there is apparently a new owner who has decided to not accept these gift cards any longer - even though the spa was STILL listed on the SpaFinder website! Instead of trying to make things right (offer a discount or accept the cards until they are no longer listed), the receptionist was very snooty and said that she called the owner and "we no longer accept those cards". Please forgive this long review, but I just had to share my experience. My son's girlfriend, whom I lovingly refer to as my daughter, was in a very serious car accident. She has 2 broken ribs, a broken clavicle, micro fractures all through her face, a crushed skull on the right side and a skull fracture on the left, had surgery to reduce the brain swelling, which left her with a partially shaved head. So she decided she wanted to shave it all off so it would grow back evenly. We wanted it done right along with a little bit of pampering. I have been going to Jasmine salon for over a year now and knew that that was where I had to take her! Her hair stylist, Rebecca, was just an angel! She took close to 2 hours carefully combing out all the snarls, blood and who knows what else, my daughter had been unable to wash her hair for more than a week! Then Rebecca lovingly washed all the caked on blood from my daughters scalp, being extremely careful not to get her stitches wet and to not cause her any pain. Then to top it all off the salon manager would not charge us full price and gave my daughter a lip treatment and some lotion at no charge. They went above and beyond! I will be a customer for life. If you are looking for a salon, please give them a try! Thank you so much for being such an amazing salon, full of amazing people. You will never know how much this touched our hearts. I found out about this Spa & Salon at Hawks View bridal fair last month. This is a pretty great find considering I was in the need for a stylist not only for my wedding day, but for my normal maintenance. When I called to make my appointment, I was transfered to the bridal/sales coordinator. She listened to what I was looking for in a stylist and recommended Brittany. When I checked in, I was greeted and offered coffee, tea or water and was shown into the waiting room. My stylist, Brittany, listened to what I wanted and was realistic with her responses. She was accommodating and easy to talk to, which can be difficult with a first time client. I love my hair cut and color, and will be back! The little things that were nice: a hot towel for the back of your neck as you lean back into the shampoo bowel and the conditioning treatment for your hair while you get a mini hand massage was something I've never experienced!! Tried to book a couples massage for the weekend but they only had a spot open for one massage (in all fairness, I tried to book the appointment only 2 days before). They gave me options to do one after the other or they recommended a facial as well. We wanted to have the services together so we went with massage and facial and we were both very satisfied. The facial was excellent. Started with small foot massage and hot towels on my feet while we did a consultation about my skin. The facial not only felt great but it included hand, foot, shoulder and head massage! Pure bliss. Skin was left feeling great from all the aveeda products they use and not feeling greasy/oily at all. I was happy she showed me all the products she used and how to use them so I know what to purchase in the future. Boyfriend said his massage was great too. She paid extra attention to work out any knots or tight areas and didn't just roll over them and focus somewhere else. Great experience, all employees were very professional and made it great from beginning to end. Highly recommended and a great way to start the day. read more

Worst Pedicure experience! Aveda needs to know. The basin for my feet was dirty. The chair was a mile off the floor and I happen to be 5'3" not 6 feet so a little struggle there. Oh, did I mention it's not a massage chair? Really? The chair to my right had a "broken" sign on it and both chairs on either side of me were absolutely filthy. Like want to gag, dirty. The towels used to wrap me feet for this $60 "signature" pedi were old and frayed and lukewarm. I find less fault with the person doing the pedicure. She tried but seemed slightly inexperienced. I find more fault with the gals at the checkout desk who after being told about the nasty conditions upstairs simply said "Thank you for letting us know". Not going back. read more

We booked a bachelorette party at the salon for 8. The staff was nice and the facility itself was cute - the decor was very cozy (in a cute beachy charm kind of way). The staff allowed us full use of the upstairs area and we had a variety of treatments. All of the employees did a great job and were accommodating. Various members of the party had: manicures, pedicures, reflexology, facials, and chair massages. 3-mini treatments ran $60 per person and we felt it was worth it. A group of ladies came to the salon to get manicures and pedicures for a wedding. The girls were very nice but not very experienced. I have to say this was by far the worst manicure and most expensive I have ever experienced. I was at the salon for 3 hours and had a pedicure and a no-chip manicure. My cuticles were not trimmed,my nails were not filed evenly, I did not get a lotion massage and I had only 1 coat of no-chip applied. ALL IN 3 HOURS!!! To top it off it cost more than any other salon. Hugely expensive. This was not just my experience but all the ladies in my group were dissatisfied with the end result and the cost factor. Monica Krey is an amazing Esthetician!! I decided on a whim to get a facial here and am so glad I did. I opted for the 90 minute Elemental Nature facial and loved every minute of it. She has an amazing and nurturing touch and her treatment room is so relaxing. There was so much attention to detail within my treatment. She started with a hot towel foot massage and within the facial she did another foot massage with warm booties AND an awesome facial and scalp massage. Did I mention she did a hand massage too?! I was in heaven. The spa is in the upstairs of an old mansion with the salon downstairs. They use AVEDA products so the entire space smells fantastic. I left Jasmine Salon & Spa feeling lighter with my skin brighter and will be back the next time we travel here from Chicago. read more

The salon was clean and the staff was nice. 8 girls including the bride had gotten updo's that day. 5 out of the 8 updo's started falling out with in an hour of leaving the salon. Throughout the whole day we all had to keep fixing our hair which was frustrating considering we paid $50. Overall our experience was ok but the updo's were not up to par. read more

This place is great! 13 of us went here for a bachelorette party and the staff was extremely accommodating and did a good job. Everyone was so happy with their results. The chair massages were especially great and relaxing. A big plus is that there is a main lounge room that we could all hang out in and spend time together and we were able to bring snacks and drinks there. Overall 5 stars! Highly recommend! read more
