Stephanie definitely knows her craft and she is able to recommended other services like reiki, cavitation or wood therapy depending on the needs of the client. The massage k received was definitely on the spiritual healing side. Stephanie will ask a series of questions as she works through your body to see where there is stagnant energy stored in your body and will work through it. I will definitely be coming back for more deep and body sculpting massages as well as cavitation session to help melt stubborn fat.
