Refund all my money back on my credit card, 2. Fire that massage therapist, 3. Report her to the Arizona state licensing board. And 4. She said that the Pima County Sherriff would be contacting me after she made a police report. It's been 1 week, and the owner has not made any attempt to contact my credit card company. She: 1) falsified texts from me claiming I had verbally assaulted her; 2) impersonated her sister and claimed to be on her deathbed to not have to refund me; 3) acknowledged she had double booked me and falsified texts from me using my true email and a false email; 4) has consistently weaponized incompetence claiming she does not know what Zelle and PayPal are; 4) falsified documents that she furnished to my credit card company claiming the packages were for 3 months instead of 5 years. But who uses 60 massages in 3 months? She is a compulsive liar and thief harming hurt people who come to her business for healing. Run from this business. My 75-minute massage went short. When I brought this up at checkout, I was told by the front desk that I would get a call from the owner; I never did. On top of that, my therapist was sick. Although she told me that it started a few days ago, and she wore a mask, it made for a less than relaxing experience. Being in a closed room with a therapist hacking up a lung, all I could think about was my vulnerable infant daughter at home. I understand the therapist's need to work, but I really would rather not be in an enclosed space with sick hands touching me. I probably should have left before the massage started but I felt completely put on the spot. A phone call ahead of time gauging my comfort level would have been more appropriate. Follow up on my review from June 15. Lynda, you lied in your response to me review. You know full well that you charged me for my massage, not my membership prior to even arriving that day. It is customary for the client to present their credit card AFTER receiving the massage. Membership is a completely separate issue and I would expect that charge to be recurring. While we are on the subject...on June 15 of last year I stood in front of you as you supposedly removed my credit card information from your payment system. Guess what? You charged me today (10 months later) for my recurring membership. Shady. Don't give this woman your credit card information. read more

Nana has a unique modality that pairs intuitive energy reading with what feels like a mixture of reiki, cranial sacral, tapping polarity balancing and biofield energy healing. It's as if her hands are ferreting out the energy blocks and pain gremlins to restore balance and relief. Her sessions also released some old emotional blocks that were affecting my body. Ibalance Spa Northwest has been a wonderful place for self-care. The app makes it easy to schedule or change appointments. I've seen several massage therapists and have never been disappointed. Rachel R is my go-to girl though, she is very intuitive and feels what my muscles are telling her and goes to work. I also recently went in for a 90 minute signature facial with Chereece. It was a wonderful experience! Chereece is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information regarding my skin care. It also included some light massage on my neck and chest and an anti-aging mask for hands! It was very thorough and Chareece is wonderful company throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage or facial. Yesterday, I got a massage from Lauren. I, myself, am a licensed massage therapist of 14 years. I received the best session that I've ever had! I was visiting the Tucson area and left directly after the session for a 2 hour drive back to the Valley. The drive itself was relaxing, and I was comfortable the whole way. Her technique and attention to detail is not something that can be taught. It's only learned by those who are truly passionate about helping/healing people. The flow of her session was smooth yet therapeutically pleasing. I myself do not practice much in the form of energy modalities, but she exudes energy throughout the massage. I had had a rotten year 2021-2022. When I called in January (first week) when I was feeling better, and all illness and hospitaization were done, I called to make all 3 appointments. I was denied by the "gatekeeper" (Secretary), and she refused to let me speak with the Manager; the person that had signed the GC's. My son and his Fiancee had visited this place and said it was nice, but if ATTITUDE means anything, you will be far better off at MASSAGE ENVY. After a hiatus of over 2 years due to the pandemic, I was ready to start getting massages again. I stepped into iBalance Spa (NW Location) and was immediately greeted by a beautiful décor and a wonderful scent in the air. I spoke to the owner, Linda Gonzales and I told her I really liked deep massages. She recommended Patricia Fitzsimmons, Veronica Yslas or Rachel Rincon. So not being one to argue, I started making weekly appointments alternately with all three. I have to say I've had a lot of massages over the years, but ALL THREE of these massage therapists give the best massages I've ever received! They always ask about areas to target, they always loosen you up a bit before commencing the deep massage and all three are very pleasant to be around. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the background music is appropriate and adds to the experience. I can't comment on any of the other massage therapists since I haven't received massages from them or services other than massages, but the three I spoke of are phenomenal!
