Terrible service. Avoid This place! I placed an order for delivery on their website on February 10th, with delivery requested for Valentine's Day, February 14th, between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm. The flowers were to be delivered to my fiancée's workplace, a mere 12-minute walk from the shop. Unfortunately, the delivery was a complete failure. The flowers finally arrived at 5:00 pm on Valentine's Day - three hours after my fiancée had already left work. We haven't even seen the flowers yet! To make matters worse, I received absolutely no communication from the store on Valentine's Day. From 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, I called the shop a total of 13 times, and not a single call was answered. I wanted to either get an update or cancel the whole thing as it was already too late. Today, I went to the store in person to let them know my situation. Not only did the staff fail to apologize for their mistakes, but they also offered a full refund only if I returned the flowers. This is impossible, as my fiancée has the flowers at her workplace and they're beginning to fade. I have to break it to her that she can't have the flowers after all. I paid for this order four days in advance, and the store couldn't even manage a delivery on time, and I didn't get a call back. This was supposed to be a special Valentine's Day, and this experience has completely ruined the surprise and the moment. I'm hoping that the store's higher management will see this and reach out to make things right. I will post an update in a few days. read more

They have a very good variety of grab and go bouquets outside their door at any given time at affordable prices. They have a wonderful selection of fresh flowers and plants inside their shop as well. I have never been to this place, but I grew up in Park Slope. I live in Florida for the past 20 years. and every event for the last 20 years that I need floral for I would call McGovern, but they were closing back about 10-15 years ago, and reccomended Jasmine's, I am always late - meaning I call the same day that I need flowers delivered and the owner, not sure of his name, but he is so accomidating, the people that recieve the flowers always call me and say they are the best flowers they ever recieved. My mom - who is a very critical Sicilian always comments how nice the drivers are and usually forgets to tip them :), sorry Jasmine's. all I can say is that if you need flowers in Brooklyn, Jasmine's is the place to get them. We've been using Jasmine's since 1998 when I needed funeral floral arrangements for a family member's service. I was in charge of placing the order for various friends and family members who couldn't do so themselves. It was a very difficult time and I didn't know what to order. Carmen and Nelson asked some questions about my loved one's flower and color preferences and took care of all the other details. The arrangements were all beautiful and pricing was better than I could have hoped for. Since then, we recommend them to all our friends and buy all our arrangements from them. They've created beautiful bouquets and arrangements for many celebrations, funerals and presentations for us over the past 24 years and we've never been disappointed. Wow, wow, wow is all we can say. Since were taking our deceased relative to PR, we decided to ordered an artificial casket flower arrangement for the 1 day viewing here. We were skeptical of how it would look with artificial flowers, however, we were totally impressed by how amazing it looked. It was absolutely beautiful. I called in advance and they calmed my nerves and told me that they could get everything done in 5 minutes once I came in. And they did. They gave me many good ideas and let me include any flowers that I wanted. They also added special touches like lace and ribbon.
