The estimate for the initial deep clean was for 300 and each session would be 140 after. We agreed to proceed. They said they would show up at 11 on Friday. They didn't show until after 2. After they showed, they called to say that they were wrong with their estimate and that they needed 500 for the deep clean. After several calls back and forth, we agreed to pay 50 extra but felt like we were bait and switched. They were in the house and we were stuck. The cleaning job was good but the cleaners and staff were not friendly. After a week of the deep clean, they informed us that their estimate of 140 is wrong and they want 200 per visit. For comparison, our previous service did clean our home for 140 a visit. They don't seem to care and don't want to rectify this, so we will be taking our business elsewhere and you should too UPDATE- after this post, we were contacted by the owner. She was very nice and apologized for how the initial interaction was handled. She worked with us on a plan and sent in a crew to clean our home last week. The team did a phenomenal job and the house looked great. They were personable and showed they really cared about our satisfaction. I appreciate their follow up and have changed my opinion of their company and service as a result.

Writing to inform my experience with Jersey's Elite Cleaning. I purchased a couch from a friend and…read moreshe contacted this company to have it cleaned after I purchased it from her. The owner agreed to come to my house after I accepted delivery to clean it. The worker inspected the couch and told them they would be able to clean it on a Thursday, 24 October between 1300-1400. I agreed. The following day they did now show up by 1400 so they were contacted and the worker said they had to stay home from work to tend to a sick child (remember this). The owner of the company contacted me and said they did not receive my address and that's why they did not show up (keep that in mind. More later). They did not call to reschedule. I called them to find out why they did not show (the company had already been paid by the original owner of the couch). They set up a time the following day (25 October) to come clean it and I agreed. During the clean, one of the workers let part of my sectional slip and it hit my wall making a dent in the drywall (see pictures). They never told me about it or said they will make it right. I asked the worker at the end "hey, what about the hole in the wall?" They said they had contacted the owner and he will fix it. They stated they sent him pictures of the damages. I had to call the owner the following day to receive a response. He asked to come the following day to look at it by 1800 and he never showed. I contacted him (text message so I can have proof) on Tuesday, 29 October and he said he had a funeral to go to (sorry for your loss). The owner didn't try to call and reschedule and has been giving me the run around since. He asked when I would be available, I responded and then he messaged back five hours later with a vague response, saying he was in another city. He did not request a different time or day. The couch was cleaned in the sitting area well. However, I did attach pictures showing what damage they left and what they did not clean. Dog hair was left on the back of the couch in the Velcro. Hair and debris was left in the cup holders and storage area. They also asked to use my towels during the clean? The owner said that was their normal procedure, "it's just water." The two workers that came were very nice and respectful (with the exception of the damages). Recommendation: check their work before they leave and DO NOT PAY THEM until they complete the job to your satisfaction. I would NEVER use them again, personally. Watch out for the sales pitch the company tries to use.
