But the woman at the front desk who I called on the phone was SO happy to help me, she made me feel so welcome and so extremely prioritized, that I actually felt EXCITED to get go in to the dentist, & by chance was able to get me in very quickly, she really took her time and put me on hold to invest help into figuring out this tooth crisis, without EVER making me feel like I was a burden, or annoying, I felt like a person! a valuable patient in need! That was very valuable and important to me, I felt seen, and I knew right away that I could trust them to care for my teeth correctly... I immediately took an Uber over to Reynoldsburg Dental Center, (from the dental center down the way that I was currently at, who made me feel like a burden and unwelcome) so, needless to say I was SO happy I found reynoldsburg dental! Especially, because I had a broken tooth come up with sudden sharp pain and needed it pulled ASAP! I was SO confident walking up to reynoldsburg dental, even though I hadn't seen it inside, I could tell who they were, honest people who want to help; well, my expectations did NOT fail me, upon walking inside, the atmosphere is so comfortable that you feel like you're at home!wonderful music, lovely books available, and extremely nice people, this is DEFINITELY the place you are looking for if you've ever had an uncomfortable or bad experience at another dental office and you want to change that! They offered me absolutely no recourse when I called to speak with them. I offered to pay the balance and was told simply I would have to speak with an attorney. Apparently Dr. Blank works magic, because it really wasn't a painful procedure in the least. He did a wonderful job, and I would recommend him/his practice to anyone. I still have appointments on a yearly basis for them to check my gums, and the staff is amazing. The office is a bit small, but it is clean and efficient. As a side note, Dr. Blank is really a funny guy. He prides himself in being the self-proclaimed "best" at what he does. I won't disagree with him, he's pretty amazing!

Recently had a scaling and planing procedure done with Dr. Alan Levy. He not only has a wonderful…read morebedside manner (very kind, gentle, cheery and funny) but he has been an oral surgeon for 30 years and he knows his "stuff!" I was very afraid of the procedure (blood and gore and pain) and he assured me that there would be very little blood, that he would give me numbing shots for the pain and that the pain would be minimal after the procedure. The numbing shots did hurt a bit (when doesn't a shot hurt, right?) but as soon as I was all numb, he went to work and expertly did his procedure. Afterward when I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a bigger bit of blood and mentioned it and he put me right back in the operative chair and looked into my mouth to discover a few blood clots that he suctioned out. Bleeding practically non-existent after that. Pain level was low enough that I didn't need to even take Tylenol. His office is efficient, clean and a nice place to be if one has to visit an oral surgeon. I recommend him unreservedly.

When it comes to relieving it, you will not receive better care from another endodontic group. I've had 4 root canals in the last four years, three from Dr. Menke and one from Dr. Arens at the Dublin and Westerville offices, and each time, I have left feeling truly cared for. Professionalism and expertise is top tier. Dr. Menke has done the last three root canals for me and makes it a point to check on his patients the next day personally to see how things are. When was the last time a medical professional did that in our world? Best guy ever! The first root canal I had was an emergency two days before Xmas in '22 during a blizzard. A two-hour drive turned into three, and my whole head throbbed with pain. Walking out into a field and lying down was definitely on the table. If you know, you know. Dr. Arens took one look at me and in one minute, the pain was gone. The endodontist in Chillicothe I had gone to first actually had numbed my mouth, then looked down and said, "No. I'm not doing it. Your mouth is too small. Just have it pulled." Yep. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Dr. Arens saved my tooth. Despite my frequent brushing and flossing, old fillings have broken or fallen out, requiring more dental work as I've gotten older. Despite the 2-hr drive, Central Ohio Endodonics will always be my first choice for future work. The office staff is also kind and professional - very empathetic - and thoughtful, extending the exemplary dental care to the finish line. I appreciate everyone there. Do yourself a favor and just go there.

They were professional and clearly communicated with me each step of the way. I felt very well taken care of today. One way this experience could have been improved would be to provide a cushion behind your neck during the procedure. I felt it would have been much easier to relax if my neck could have rested against something since it is a long procedure. This would have really changed my overall experience. Besides this, I felt the experience was positive. They got me in quickly and the doctor was professional and efficient.

In my hindsight, they ran the estimate for treatment with a 2020 date so it came back that our benefits for the 2020 year were depleted so our out of pocket was higher. The surgery was not scheduled until 2021 though, so they ended up collecting almost double the amount from us that they needed to. The insurance company paid them on 1/18/21 and I have been trying to get a final bill out of them since. I have reached out to them three times now. Rebecca states that she is "far behind" because she keeps getting pulled to the front. She has not processed payments that are now over a month old and can give me no idea when she can do so. Conveniently for them delay is in their favor as they are holding several hundred dollars of our money hostage. I have a feeling if we owed them money, they would be in a bigger hurry to send the bill. It is unfortunate that in a time that so many households are struggling due to Covid, that this office can't put some effort into getting their act together. Beware.
