While I appreciate being informed of this, I am incredibly frustrated that this critical detail was not discussed when I initially scheduled the appointment. A few simple questions at the time of booking could have saved us both time and money. I was unaware that not all periodontists offer sedation, and this lack of communication made the experience feel misleading. I also brought the situation to the attention of Austin and Dr. Maria because I felt it was important for management to be aware of what occurred. While I appreciate Bella's professionalism and the office's willingness to switch staff members, the initial interaction left a very negative impression.
