Jason is awesome. I had an issue with my macbook pro battery expanding which caused my touchpad to not function properly. Jason came by my house to pick it up since it was on his way home. He took a look at my macbook that night and updated me with pictures. It was definitely the battery expanding that was causing the touchpad not to function. He gave me a few options on the battery. I also wanted Jason to update my storage from 500gb to 1tb. Jason ordered up the parts needed and would update me on the shipping with tracking info. Good Evening, I just wanted to write a review on Jason the Computer Guy. 1st I have a Corsair One i45S. If you don't know what that is, I suggest you look it up so, that this review makes sense. The Corsair is a very complex machine crammed into a shell casing about the size of a 2 liter bottle of soda, but it's a little bigger. You really have to know what your doing if you're going to open it up and perform maintenance on the machine. After submitting my issue to him Jason, responded very quickly, and I believe I dropped it off that next day. He diagnosed the machine, and submitted his recommendations to me. Once I received the cost of the parts, I sent him the money through Zelle, which, was refreshing. It did take sometime to get the machine up and running correctly which, he kept me informed throughout the process, but you must understand these things take time, and with the Corsair One, you might at well add a few more days...It really is a complex machine. After the repairs were made, I brought it home, and fired it up. It runs amazing! I can't begin to tell you how well the machine is running. We installed a new Hard Drive SSD, and a new fan. Runs much quicker, and the fan is definitely, doing its job. I'm impressed. I was impressed so much that I brought him my older Corsair One still a very complex machine, and we did the exact same thing new SSD, and fan... and both machines are running Amazing, and I would recommend his service.
