It was like, "Nope, we don't do that." How do you even call yourself a "financial aid office"? You barely offer any assistance.

And the price is so incredibly low that it's hard to believe, ESPECIALLY when compared with all the hotel spa services and private massage salons in the Coachella Valley. But, today was the all-time best. My therapist, Ashlyn, was simply incredible. A real natural with a great "feel" for her craft. I have received hundreds of massages over the years, but this was one of the very best of all of them. When I checked out to pay, I was met by Heather, who was was extremely professional, personable, and efficient, and booked me next week for my next massage with Ashlyn. Made appt for Mani pedi and was told they were $12 each. The manicurest had me down for only…read moremanicure. My first time and she was doing gel and I thought maybe thatscwhat they only do as I saw no other nail polish. When she was done I said I'm having a pedicure as well and they were looking to find someone else to do it. I said no to pedicure. The poor manicurest did not have good tools and the gel machine kept going off. She was sweet and I did tip her. The front desk told me they were charging me for nails only because he tried to void out my pedicure but it voided both procedures. He tried to explain my experience was bad because someone called off sick and I said it's not very professional to tell me that excuse. I try to support cosmetology schools as I went to one and am still in the business. Please do better with your staff and your customers.
