Previously we were using Rover, and we had a good experience but wanted something more consistent. My partner and I both work in person 5 days/week, so it was sometimes a struggle to cobble together walks based on individual schedules of Rover walkers. Now, Luna has two regular walkers who she seems to love! And I don't have to worry about her during the day; I know she's in good hands! They are very responsible and take great care of her. It's easy to schedule/change walks and chat through the app. Before we even set up walks, Jason called to get to know Luna and our needs to make sure this was a good fit, and the manager Gillian came by to meet Luna and see our place/get instructions. They never send a new walker alone - the manager or another walker will train with them first, which makes me feel good. There are not enough words to describe how truly phenomenal Jason the Dog Walker & Co. is. Every walker is a dog lover, TO THE CORE. We have a geriatric dog who has surpassed our every expectation in number of years. They have been so flexible with our panic attacks over his condition. I have changed our schedule from time to time, depending on my new panic attack of the month. They have been so obliging. They have taken great care to pair our dog up with dogs that he gets along with, and dogs that he knows, and that makes me so happy. Sometimes, he walks solo too, and that's a nice treat as well. Every walker is so sweet and understanding of our dog who might need to walk super-slow, or who might have a weird digestive issue that day. (yikes) And - would you believe this - our elevator was out of service for more than 2 weeks and Jason came personally to carry our dog up and down the stairs. We live on the tenth floor! Jason and his team are the best! They walked our dog, Phoebe, nearly everyday for over 3 years, including through Covid, and were always reliable and treated her with care. Over that time, Phoebe had only three walkers for the vast majority of walks and it was clear she really loved her time and bonded with them. Jason and the crew of walkers have been walking my corgi for almost a year now, and they do a fantastic job across the board. They're always responsive, the scheduling app works great and they always post reports so you know when the pup's been walked. Plus, we live three flights up, so it's a lot of stairs and not always easy to coax (or carry) him down. A couple of other things, though, which prompted me to post this review. I'm home sometimes when the walkers come back to drop the dog off, and he's always in a fantastic mood and has obviously had a great time. Jason and his team are THE BEST. We called him early this year, and he took the time to get to know Pip (our dog) before starting services. He made sure Pip was comfortable with him, free of charge! He then started services right away, and has been incredibly reliable ever since. He, and his team, always write really cute notes telling how the walk went, which is nice. Also, Pip can be a bit of a tricky dog to walk with, but everyone that works with Jason is incredibly patient with him. They take him to the dog park, and even for bike rides- which he loves! Pip is pretty high energy, so I appreciate all the exercise they make sure to give him- it's great coming home to a tired and happy dog on days when I just want to collapse on the couch. We have a big skittish rescued dog named George, we adopted in 2014. He probably wasn't treated well by former owners.
