Noain Plumbing was contacted due to a soaking wet yard which we were concerned had a leaking sprinklers system. They clearly said everything was working well but upon my inspection one of the sprinkler control was leaking continuously. I just had a few follow up questions about what was included in the inspection and if this continuous leaking was noted. They did not answer any calls placed to their business number. Took a full day to respond to emails and did not actually answer all the questions. I understand their job is complete once they are off the property, and things may change but as they clearly stated on their undated documents, to reach out for any questions yet Noain Plumbing was relatively difficult to follow up with. And over a two day period I doubt that leak just sprung out of no where. My videos of the leak would do this review more justice but unfortunately I can only attach a photo. In this drought state and just general conservation, this water leak is something that is incredibly wasteful and would need to be fixed. And yet, it's not even noted in their report. I suppose I didn't pay them and it's possible the seller who paid for this inspection received a more detailed report. Based solely on the squeaky clean report, voicemail only phone number, and long response to emails I would not recommend Noain Plumbing.

I was very impressed with MAPA Plumbing who were very professional, courteous, and patient…read more I had called them for a leaky kitchen faucet and Artie and Daniel showed up before the scheduled time. I asked them to wear a face mask and shoe coverings for inside and they went to their truck and got the items. They inspected the faucet and tried to fix the leaking hose but could not. They then contacted the insurance company and replaced the faucet with a new one that they had to go purchase as the faucets they had in their truck did not fit correctly. They were very professional and put down tarps before they began working and then cleaned up after using their own products. They also very patiently explained how I could easily fix a couple of other minor plumbing issues . I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues but if I do I will be sure to called MAPA right away!!
