Ray and Fernando have come out to my house twice now for plumbing issues and we could not be more happy with the quality service and professionalism regarding the jobs. Ray actually saved me from having to do a big kitchen remodel. I had an old porcelain kitchen sink that was so bad it was rusting out in places. The way it was set into the tile I thought that I would have to replace my countertop when I got a new sink, which was sorely needed. We were not ready to do all that. Ray cut out my sink (other plumbers might not do this), found a great stainless steel sink for replacement, put in a new garbage disposal and faucet with all the bells and whistles and new hoses, etc. for a fair and honest price. It looks so great I wish that I could insert a picture! He also came out and fixed my toilets that were running and costing me on my water bill. Ray returns calls promptly, gives you the estimate up front, is friendly and trustworthy. He is my "go to guy" now when I have any issues with plumbing. Out of all the plumbers I called before, these guys are the best. Good decent prices and living in my own situation, are not so strict on your own end. Tell 'em what's wrong and they'll get it done. I called up these people twice and when they come, it's like watching a comedy. They have a great sense of humor and make it fun to have around. The first time they came, they were very patient and helpful, even gave a prayer in the end and the second time, they made a call when I was walking by the bank to pay them and I laughed and grinned. By the time I walked out and came back to pay, they were already done. Fast speedy service as quick as their jokes. It is very, very difficult to find an honest and professional "Plumer Service" Today I called RMB pluming Service. I find it at YELP, and I decided to make them a call, because the positive reviews on this page. I was very happy with the professional service. My garbage disposal wasn't working and I was very frustrated. I made a call and Jay and Fernando come to my home the same day and in less than an hour. Jay talked to me about the problem and gave me the quote before start the work. I was agree with the quote, and then he fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and cleaned the area under the sink. I will call RMB pluming service in the future when I have problems at home. I think that I find an honest and professional person that will not take advantage of a customer. read more

I found a leak in an outdoor pipe that goes to me sprinkler system. I saw this plumbing service on Yelp and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. I left a message at 4:30 pm and received a return call from Ray Brown, the owner, a couple of hours later. He said he could come by the next day after he completed a job he was already booked for. He contacted me at the agreed upon time and arrived on schedule. After looking at the leaking pipe he gave me a quote. We agreed upon the price and he and his assistant replaced the leaking pipe then and there. Ray is a top notch person and businessman. He makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. He talks everything out with you clearly and informs you of all of the options. I had to replace a main water line in front of my house. His bid came in substantially lower than any other contractor and he's licensed. Can't beat that. He made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way and even added a "T" to the line for future irrigation expansion when I told him about my plans. We got Ray Brown's (RMP Plumbing owner) reference from one of my colleague. After I called him for toilet issue he was very prompt in setting up the appointment. He arrived right on time as promised. He has down excellent job installing our new toilet. He cleaned up the area after the work and took all debris out. So it was nice and clean after his work was completed. He seems to down to earth person, and give reasonable advise that save you money to fix the problem and not just looking for just his business. He is very prompt and sticks to his schedule. Outstanding service from Ray and his crew! We had Ray from RMB plumbing do all of the finish plumbing in our newly remodeled kitchen. This included plumbing under the sink, connecting our new disposal and dishwasher and plumbing a prep sink. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, very respectful and careful of the new cabinets /appliances and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They even went out of their way to find the correct drain that fits in the sink (as the one I purchased was the wrong one). They went and picked it up and installed it. I tried to replace a rusted outdoor faucet, but ended up breaking the copper pipe coming through the stucco wall. Simple job went wrong and I had to cut water to the whole house. It was Sunday, I called a couple plumbers I can find, Ray replied after an hour. His team came the next day early morning, and fixed the broken pipe nicely. It's not an easy task, cutting up the stucco, cut the broken pipe and solder new ones on, fill in the hole with patches, and install new copper hose connectors. Overall good clean job, much nicer looking than before. Highly recommended! read more

This morning, our water heater broke and flooded our garage. We called Ray after reading recommendations and we are more than happy with the work he did. The water heater needed to be replaced, and he also recommended to upgrade the installation to be compliant to the current code. Our kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the sink and out of commission. I called Ray on a Sunday and reached him directly. He came out the next day and installed the new faucet as well as fixed the water lines to our reverse osmosis filtration system that another plumber had installed incorrectly and replaced our shut-off valves that were starting to leak. What a great plumbing experience! Ray and his apprentice were great. Extremely knowledgeable and truly wanted to fix my rattling bathroom pipes. They installed a pressure regulator to help the problem. I also needed a new water softener. They installed that as well. Ray is extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. I have a nine month old son and Ray says he has seen some pretty nasty things over his years, but still can't stomach changing a poopy diaper! I live in a mobile home with my husband. Years ago his uncle lived in the home and tried to do repairs himself, without being a carpenter or a plumber he didn't know what he was doing ( as you can see in the photos). My hot water heater sprung a leak last night, flooded my yard, my bathroom and my garage. I fixed the leak myself but I couldn't get the pilot to light. I called up Ray after searching on Yelp for a water heater leak. I was hoping it would be a simple fix, but before Ray came I did a bit of troubleshooting and found it wasn't a valve and something major. We had a shower head leaking. After several attempts to have others plumbers to come and fix the problem. I did several searches on Yelp and found RMB.
