I was referred by a friend on Facebook because I needed basic plumbing done and a bath tub fixed. When I called the gentleman was more than willing to listen and take notes and explain to me that the job could be done without a problem and he was happy to send out a plumber. Albert, one of the techs came out today 6/18/21 to fix my tub and a leak under my sink and he was by far the most kind, genuine human in customer service ever. He explained what the problem was and how easy the fix will be. Albert even cleaned up when he was done even though I told him he didn't need to. He was even kind and patient with my son who is autistic. He wanted to help so he let him hold the flash light. THANK YOU. We needed a galvanized pipe replaced in our newly built home. The hose bib outside that the pool company connected the pool fill to had begun to rust and drop rusty water on the cement below. Called the pool company to see it it was something they did and it was determined that it was the pipe the builders of our home had placed had begun to go bad. A Plus Plumbing came out and gave us a quote. Came back later to replace the galvanized piece of pipe with a copper pipe. No more leak! And a job done correctly! Thank you very much. We hired A Plus yesterday to fix a clogged (very badly) kitchen sink, and a broken toilet fitting. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes! He and his daughter worked hard and with great professionalism to clear the clog and fix the toilet. It ended up needing specialized equipment. They called this morning to let me know they were enroute. They fixed everything and installed a new Japanese squirting bidet type toilet seat. The price for the work was about 500 dollars less than we expected! A great company for sure! read more

We live in Diablo Grande, Patterson. We started having all our bathrooms flooding at the same time which turned out to be a broken sewage pipe outside that was causing the backup. It was thought to be in one spot by two previous cameras yet when A Plus Plumbing came out to do the work it was actually located under part of my beautiful lawn. I was so worried where they had to dig would be destroyed forever. Not even close! These guys assured me then took time to carefully take off the part of the lawn keeping it in tact and upon digging quite a deep hole, completely fixing the problem put it back as correctly as possible so it could reattach and thrive with the rest of my lawn. GOING THAT EXTRA MILE! It has not been very long and it's almost not even noticeable now. Unbelievable the care and understanding and respect this company showed our house leaving it spotless as if they had never come. They really stand behind their service. They have a fast response time and if there is a issue they have a sense of urgency to fix it. This company was great. They squeezed us in the schedule on a busy Friday. We had two showers disabled by broken copper piping. The plumbers arrived at the time that was quoted. Plumber Chaz arrived was very professional. we only had one shower that was on the schedule to be repaired he called the owner of the company and within 10 minutes let us know that he was able to repair both showers the same evening. We were without water for over 10 hours thanks to these gentlemen we are with water and all is well. They did a great job. I recommend them for any plumbing job needed. read more

I had trouble with a leaky water heater. We found it late Friday. When I called in, they had no problem sending someone out that evening. They stopped the leak and they had it fixed Saturday morning. We have had trouble w plumbing before. Other places had trouble making an appointment for us promptly. We really appreciate A plus plumbing. And will definitely look them up in the future!! Btw.
