    vanilla latte and chocolate croissant
    Timmy S.

Located in the Swan Hotel, this place offers a variety of coffees. You can get a regular cup of joe or a latte, mocha, flat white, etc. They also have several types of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, or other breakfast items like cereal. They also offer pre-made sandwiches and salads and bottles of wine. Across the hall is an area designated to sit and enjoy your purchases if you don't want to take them back to your room. I came here multiple times during my stay at the neighboring Dolphin Hotel and each time got a vanilla latte and chocolate croissant. The latte was above average as was the croissant. The croissant was fresh with a thin layer of chocolate inside, just enough to satisfy. Staff were consistently super friendly including a worker who another reviewer labeled as "rude" which couldn't be further from the truth.

Located inside the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel between the lobby and the west elevators is a bomb a** legit coffee shop with snacks, pastries, bagels and other goodies. Just outside the shop is a waiting area with tables and chairs, they even have USB charging and plug outlets so you can enjoy your toys while you sip away at your coffee or munch on your newly acquired food item. They have a large gaggle of beverage choices and snack items along with bagels and muffins including a good amount of alcohol items such as beer, wine, champagne and even white claw for the snowflakes that may be traveling with you or are on their allowance budget. Now to the nitty gritty, they have iced coffee, hot coffee, oat drink (milk), almond drink (milk), flavored syrups and YES even simple syrup. We were able to get our hot vanilla latte's with oat drink and simple syrup, ahhh morning bliss! The coffee tasted great, if you need to make adjustments you can at the coffee pickup counter, it gets busy but the staff is really receptive and accommodating to your adjustments/needs. OMG! The staff is soooo friendly and patient, even more so than the staff in the Disney World parks, and their very friendly in their own right. I think it's because of the prices they charge, they are comparable to what they charge in the parks, but what can you expect for good coffee, food, service and the convenience of enjoying your favorite java steps away from your hotel room.

The brunch menu does have some unique items that are not on the regular menu. We ordered the Blueberry Buckle which is 4 slices of blueberry coffee cake topped with vanilla glaze, fresh blueberries and mint. We also got the Short Rib Hash. There is an extensive cocktail and moonshine menu as well. I wish there were some interesting mocktails too but it seems they do not have any. The blueberry buckle was good although a bit dry in places where the vanilla glaze and fresh blueberries helped. I do wish the mint had been more incorporated into the dish rather than just as a garnish. I broke apart the mint and sprinkled it across the cake and really liked the additional flavor. The short hash was also very good, with a kick that the server did warn us about. As always, servings are big so we took home leftovers.

Combine this stay with Diamond status, we were able to get upgraded to a room with the view facing WDW so we got to see the fireworks show at 9PM. First impressions are everything and upon stepping into the lobby, you are wowed with how luxurious the interior is. Front desk was fantastic and super friendly. The room itself was decent, maybe it needs some updating as it looked worn. The bathroom was massive with both a standing shower and a tub to soak in water. Amenities...obviously there's the swimming pool and you also get to use the amenities over at Signia, so that means you can use their lazy river. Might as well use it as you're paying for it already in resort fees. If you fancy some golf, they have an entire 18 hole at their Waldorf Golf Club.

The shuttle only starts working at noon so definitely too late for many activities in the area. I have…read moreread so many reviews about this place from other yelpers, and now I get to experience it for myself, but no one mentioned how packed this place was. One thing I believe in is when a restaurant is consistently packed, that signifies the food is good. Along with other groups of people, I had to wait to be seated, but it wasn't for long. I followed the hostess through the spacious restaurant until he placed me at a small booth table. My server was very pleasant. She approached the table, warmly greeted me, and asked if I would like some orange juice, which I gladly accepted. At the same time, I placed an order for their apple cinnamon french toast. Wow, I was impressed with the presentation. Three thick slices of bread nicely browned with cinnamon-spiced apple filling and dusted with powdered sugar. This dish didn't need any syrup. The flavors from the apples was just enough and it was so ooey-gooey good. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed and I received satisfactory service. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

The restaurant itself is pretty average in terms of decor and could definitely use a refresh, both in seating and overall appearance. Upon first impression, cleanliness was lacking in certain areas, which set the tone a bit. Once seated, a busser took our drink orders, and our server came by shortly after to introduce herself and let us know she'd return to take our order. After ordering, the food came out in about 20 minutes, which was reasonable given how busy they were. Portion sizes were generous, definitely more food than we could finish. However, service became inconsistent as we were attended to by multiple staff members, likely due to the rush. We experienced the longest delays waiting for basics like syrup, drink refills, and utensils after the food had already been delivered. As for the food, it was good but fairly average for a breakfast spot. While everything was prepared well, it lacked the standout flavor you'd expect after nearly an hour wait. Additionally, the women's restroom was noticeably dirty and not well-maintained, which was disappointing and reinforced the overall impression that cleanliness could use more attention.

We stayed at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek expecting a high-end Hilton experience, but…read moreunfortunately had a very concerning cleanliness issue during our stay. Shortly after arrival, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the bed comforter. We initially assumed housekeeping would replace the bedding during routine room service, so we did not immediately escalate it. However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. We then attempted to resolve the matter through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

It is a massive box structure with a fabulously large atrium in the middle. The check-in process was handled quickly and efficiently. This is a Marriott property and the staff were all very friendly and well trained. The elevators face in to the atrium, and it is a scenic view as you had up to your floor. Elevators were quick and there seemed like there was always one waiting on the first floor. Rooms were decently sized and well appointed - very clean and comfortable. Bed was in good shape and got the job done. Hot water was hot and made the shower experience fine. After putting my stuff up, I took a stroll around the place - most of the amenities appear to be in the first floor: bars / restaurants and shops. There is an outdoor pool area and a fitness center somewhere in there as well. To be fair, I did not spend a whole lot of time in the room as I had quite a few activities to attend to. Would I stay here again? I would if the cost of the room was workable. It also depends on where you are planning on going in Orlando. Overall a very good stay and I would recommend staying here if you have the option. Parking is self-park and cost is about $44 / day, or valet park for considerably more at $56/day

The lobby and the plants were stunning and really impressed us. We had a hiccup with our room type initially, but the staff upgraded us without issue. The room itself was clean, spacious, and on the 4th floor with a semi-pool view, which was lovely. However, there were some notable issues. The parking system didn't work correctly, and it seemed like this was an ongoing problem. The hot tubs were disappointing, one was closed, and the other had no jets and was the grossest hot tub we've ever seen. That was a major letdown. Checking out was a bit chaotic too, as there were people cutting lines and no one explained that there were multiple checkout lines, so my husband ended up waiting unnecessarily. On the bright side, the hotel restaurant was delicious, and our server there was great. The wine bar, unfortunately, was another story, the service was slow, and we ended up giving up and returning to our room. We enjoyed the upgrade and the overall ambiance of the hotel, so we would recommend it if the price is right, but definitely keep these issues in mind. I chose to give them 4 stars, instead of 3, due to the upgrade, and two free drink vouchers with check-in.

However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Our server was super nice, she was a bit slow, but she also had a giant table next to us, which could've contributed to that. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed our experience here.
