We had such a great experience at TuTu Tango for Sunday brunch! We made a last-minute reservation for 12:00 PM and were so glad they were able to accommodate us. Our family of four (including our toddler and baby) sat outside, which was perfect. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else--there's creative artwork everywhere you look, live entertainment, and even a violinist playing while we ate. It made the entire experience feel fun, unique, and relaxing. We ordered a pitcher of sangria along with the all-you-can-eat brunch, and every single dish came out exactly as described and absolutely delicious. We were honestly shocked by how much food they kept bringing out--it was an incredible amount. At $34 per adult (and just $11 for our toddler), it was an amazing value and worth every penny. Founded in 1991 by three friends fresh off a Barcelona trip, it wears that origin honestly (the actual exchange-of-ideas café they fell for). We arrived during the sleepy 2 o'clock siesta hour, straight off a punishing day at Epic Universe. They nearly seated us beside a blaring speaker; when we asked to move, the hostess braced for high-maintenance guests, then agreed the spot near the bar was much quieter once we landed there. My wife's coconut frosé revived her wrecked electrolytes; the marinated cucumbers cooled us both. Then the plates: spare ribs, steak, a thin-crust Tex-Mex taco "pizza" just past personal size. We liked it well enough to come back two days later with friends and order a much larger spread. The verdict, dish by dish: the tzatziki was the sleeper hit, cool and herby enough to fight over; the Cuban sandwich was flat-out decadent; the hummus, shrimp, and street corn (offered on or off the cob -- a nice touch) all held their own; the brussels sprouts were good but couldn't keep up with the table. Drinks split the difference: the margarita earned its chili-salt rim, while my old fashioned was nothing to write home about. 4.4. What keeps it from higher is sound. This place rocks! Came here with my wife and kids ages 20 and 16. Super family and kid friendly. We sat outside under the covered section. Lots of fans so not too warm. Super fun place with lots of colorful decorations and everyone, including our server was super friendly. This is tapas, so the plates vary in size and are meant to be shared. Also, they come out as they are ready so just be prepared to roll with it. The last time I came here was on a Wednesday afternoon. There was an event about the start in the bar area, so we sat outside on the patio. It was a bit of a bummer since we couldn't enjoy all of the crazy artwork, but at least there was the perfect weather. Overcast with a beautiful breeze. I got the Starry Night and the Frozen Strawberry Limoncello. He got the Warhol Wake Up and the Impressionist, which was created by Michelle, our wonderful bartender. We decided to give a little bit of everything a try so we ordered the "Get 'Em All!" It had jerk chicken skewers, a Cuban slider, a cauliflower taco and more! In my opinion, the best bite of the plate is always the jerk chicken. A close second was the chicken chorizo slider, which was also bursting with flavor. And don't even get me started on the dessert! It's the perfect mix of delicious food, artsy and fun ambiance, interactive elements, and reasonable pricing. Tu Tu Tango is a small plates restaurant known for their incredible bottomless brunch, which includes a fabulous self serve taco bar and unlimited small plates from their brunch menu. They also have bottomless mimosas at brunch and awesome happy hour specials from 3-6 *and* late night every day except Saturday. All of the food is outstanding and their dishes span a wide variety of options from across the globe. To top it off, the whole restaurant is colorful, funky and the walls are covered with artwork (which you can purchase if you fall in love with a piece!). As locals, we typically do not visit restaurants in the I-Drive area, however we visited Cafe Tu Tu Tango on a whim as we were able to secure a reservation on a busy holiday weekend (Memorial Day). Vibes were fun & quirky, with an aesthetic I can only describe if Chuy's and House of Blues had a baby; artsy & eclectic. Our server was very nice and had good recommendations. We enjoy tapas style restaurants as an opportunity to try a variety of small plates to get a feel of what the restaurant offers. We ordered the street corn, sesame steak skewers, and garlic maple chicken wings. The corn and steak skewers (so tender) were delicious, however the wings fell a bit short. They weren't bad, but there wasn't any essence of garlic or maple; more like heavy ginger and citrus. Cafe Tu Tu Tango is an enjoyable option for tourists who want something perceivably "different" than what they'd experience at home or in the surrounding area. I was a frequent visitor of the Atlanta, Ga. location and this location is totally different than that location. This location is more casual and eclectic. We went during brunch on a Saturday and the menu is very limited if you're not interested in the brunch. But I must say the customer service was very good. Our server "Heidi" was really good and patient with us. I had the sausage pizza minus the hot cherry red peppers and it was a good single size serving. My wife had the shrimp and grits which was more like an appetizer size. She said it was good because everything was fresh. My sister had a plain Belgium waffle and she said it was sufficient. I only gave them a 3 star based on the limited menu, I reserved the patio section and once we arrived I was informed that it was reserved for a private party. It has been several years since I have been to café tu tu tango and it was nice to be back this time for brunch. For $62 and some change you get unlimited items on the menu as well as endless mimosas. Like many brunch locations in Orlando they do have a two hour maximum at the table for brunch and the whole table has to do bottomless brunch. We tried a little bit of everything, but some of my favorites were the chorizo, chicken slider, the dynamite shrimp, the chilled udon noodles, and the breakfast tacos. There is a taco bar where you can get regular Carne Asada, chicken Tinga, and El Pastor tacos and they were OK but it's mass serving so a couple was good enough for me. Our server was excellent. My drink was literally as If I was drinking a sweet blueberry it was soo good and just delicious like that really was one of the best cocktails I've had in a while! Our service was amazing as they kept checking on us as you order things as you go at least we do so much love to the staff because that's gotta be a lotta work going back the table soo many times! Now throw all that in with live belly dancing and love artists yeah that just set the vibe for what's totally good as who doesn't like artistic activities going on around you! Their daughter was in town last summer, I took her here and she told her parents about it. They asked if they could experience it, too. Overall, I really enjoyed our meal here. Just a heads up this place is loud so this is not the restaurant you want to have an intimate conversation. However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Though this is in the heart of tourist area, this restaurant is fun and unique. I love that it celebrates art and if you wanted to, you can walk around and view it on the walls. I used OpenTable to book our reservation but we were hungry and couldn't wait so I called in and used their automated system and was fortunate to get a reservation much earlier!! We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the udon noodles, eggroll, the steak skewers which the kids loved, corn on the cobs, croquettes, and my favorite was the dynamite shrimp. Lastly - I did get a special drink they were serving that night which included a free painting from one of the local artists. I enjoyed our food and service. The place was very lively!!! We even had a belly dancer perform in front of us which was a treat as well as buy some jewelry that was made by a local artists. I loved the bottomless brunch here, and I would definitely make the drive over to this side of town for it. You can try so many dishes for one set price, and the food is wonderful. I also loved taking a walk around the restaurant to look at all the amazing artwork. The service was great, and we never had to wait long to order our next round of dishes to try. OH MY GOSSSHHHH!!!!!! What a great little place. Such cool artwork and decor, delicious food (like all of it), & a bottomless option that's a STEAL! Like if you don't do it it just doesn't make sense! Tapas style food, made for sharing w a broad selection. Service was FAST AS HECK! This is my 2nd time and I'm now obsessed. My first time was during covid and both times I had the time of my life. Came for brunch for my weekly date outing with my gentlemen caller and had bottomless brunch. Unlimited food from the menu for $35 with unlimited mimosas for $25 extra? YES PLEASE! Good food, amazing art (available for purchase) and good music is the perfect combination. My favorite dishes overall was the dynamite shrimp, bananas foster waffles, and breakfast tacos. My favorite flavor mimosas were the mango punch and passion fruit passion (I think? I'm tipsy) flavors. You get to choose two flavors and the waiter brings the champagne and fill your flute to the brim cuz they understand. The. Assignment. (I wish I could remember my waitress's name cuz she was handling 3 tables like a pro). My honey loved the shrimp and grits dish so much he ordered it twice and he had the Cajun chicken pizza (tried that and it was bussin') as well as the churro waffles. I left with a full belly and happy face. The only dish I didn't like was the Tempura Corn Pancakes. No dice. I was too full to finish my banana foster waffles but I would have demolished them with a bigger stomach. They have a taco station that you do have to get up to make your tacos yourself but I was way too lazy to do all that. Came in on Christmas dinner. Looked at the website and Christmas special had prime rib and others. When we got there they said it was only for brunch. Told them they need to state that on the website. That's the reason why we came here. Server was just ok, didn't go into stuff like we heard from other servers around us. So I wound up getting the jerk chicken skewers, steak skewers and street corn pizza, server said it better the the appetizer. The chicken skewer was good and enjoyed the steak one that I ordered another to go. The pizza was terrible, way too much salt had my son stray it and said the same, he couldn't eat it. They got Brussels sprouts which was good and can't remember what else they got. The kids got a cheese pizza and chicken tenders, both were ok. Both pizzas crust was very thin and I mean thin. The server brought us the check and never asked if anyone wanted desert. With 3 kids big mistake, so we went somewhere else for desert. Highly disappointed with the trip and will only come for brunch, dinner is not worth it. read more
