She responded the day that I needed the document, and told me that she could not complete it in the deadline. I was in a time crunch, and needed a miracle, and that is what Ana from Reliable Translations provided. 2:00pm - I googled "translator" on Maps, and clicked on Reliable Translations, called the number, and Ana answered. I told her that I needed a legal document translated ASAP, and sent her a copy while still on the phone. She said she would call back with a quote. 2:10pm - Ana called back with a very reasonable quote, considering I needed the document the same day. I accepted, and she took my credit card over the phone. She said she would have it ready in 2 hours at the most, but would call if it was done earlier. I honestly did not think it could be done. 3:50pm - I arrived at their office in Glendale (My office is in Rancho Cucamonga), and waited for her call. 3:54pm - Ana texts me a map to find their office, and informs me that the translation is done and ready to be picked up. The translation was perfect, and she even included the formatting of the original document. A certificate of translation was provided in English and Spanish, and she emailed soft copies of all the documents as well.
