The California car is registered in Cali and the driver is in California plus I included the driver information license and registration. All details were disclose to the agent. I spoke with the owner who didn't offer a solution instead was rude about the situation and asked to call customer service instead. i really don't understand how he runs an office just to screw up people? Please do yourself a favor and find an office who are not just looking you as a profit but will provide solutions for their mistakes.
