When I arrived for my appointment, no one was present in the waiting area. I rang the bell on the desk and stood there for around 10 minutes, but no one appeared. The waiting area seemed run down to me--there was random trash like a piece of a broken hanger sitting around, and the only two chairs both had towels spread across the seats. The whole time I stood in the waiting area, I could hear someone snoring in one of the semi-private rooms (semi-private because the walls don't extend all the way up to the ceiling). I left and don't plan to return.
