The office staff was friendly with the exception of Luz in referrals and Jackie Morales the office manager. Luz was so rude to me that I almost cried. I was so taken aback by her attitude. Plus I never got my referrals for two separate doctors. One I finally got after Cynthia intervened. I was in dire need to speak with Jackie about a time-sensitive issue. The person taking the message said she marked it urgent and left it on Jackie's desk. I waited 4 business days for a call back and by that time my issue could not be resolved favorably. Humana, Conviva and my eye surgeon's office also tried to reach her and she would not take their calls or return any calls. I can not go back to that office and have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff. I am nonconfrontational and would be very uncomfortable around those two.

The results of MRI's and ultrasounds are subject to interpretation. When an MRI is done it is looked at by a Doctor Who writes the findings, even with those findings documented on the report from the MRI this doctor says there is nothing wrong with me. Makes me wait two hours in the waiting room while he's visiting with the patient next-door walks in and says I'll get you some more meds and that is it. Do not waste your time if you've been referred to this doctor finds a new one.
