Whole house power washing Had to go over a few areas but overall good job as the house didn't have excessive mildew and dirt. The price was $199 for 2500sq ft Why the mid rating you ask??... I'm big on customer service and going the extra lengths. Originally scheduled for Friday 8-12 window they had the wrong contact number and didn't waste no time going to the next job before checking to see if things could get cleared up. A young lady called to reschedule for Saturday offered 8-12 I agreed as we came off the phone I got a text for 2-6 on Saturday. I waited a few minutes and called rescheduled again for Monday 8-12 the same young woman called to reschedule as they had a family emergency. Rescheduled for Tuesday 2-6 they came offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Then tried to upsell to clean 2 steps and the platform for $30. I said it would have been customer centric if you offered to clean the steps with all the mishaps. I mentioned they offered military discount and she said yes it's only 5% and it's one or the other not both. I said even if I opted to do the steps which would have put the pricing at $209 which is $9 difference and she said we aren't giving any additional discounts. I said ok. They completed the job in about an hour. I'd say be flexible with time and don't have any HOA inspections scheduled as the work may not be completed in time. read more

I contacted Jaws Power Washing to clean the siding on my home. I've used their services twice before and have been very pleased. However, I was scheduled on a Friday between 1 and 6. By 6:30 no one showed up. I called and was rescheduled for the following Thursday between 8 and 1. Again no one showed up. I called at 1:45 to advise that no one showed up. I tried reaching out to this company to schedule an appointment. I had to leave a message with their answering service . I never received the courtesy of a return call . I called again 2 weeks later and reached a person. I scheduled an appointment for 6/20 and requested a specific person and was given ,a window between 2-6. Well on 6/20, they were a call and a NO show. I called their office a person said they were closed today . WTF ! How does that happen. Why schedule the appointment.? Clearly not a reliable company, and they refuse to accept accountability . Avoid JAWS pressure washing! I made an appointment for last Tuesday and was quoted their $199 special. I told the scheduler we would not be home and she said that was no problem at all. Tuesday morning, the tech called because they were having difficulty getting through the gate into our community. While waiting on the line to ensure they got in, the tech commented, "I'm not sure what they quoted you over the phone, but there's a higher charge when we come to these luxury communities." I told the tech their scheduler had been very thorough in getting a description of the home, and if they didn't honor the quote, they might as well turn around now. I immediately called the scheduler who apologized profusely and assured me the price would be $199. I also received a call within a few minutes from the owner, who tried saving face, saying that "what the tech meant was" if the home had stucco it would be more. I told the owner my neighbors and I are well aware of the "gate tax" philosophy and it would do him well not to ascribe to it if he wants to keep getting our business. Imagine my surprise after all of this (and a call from the owner to confirm the house was done) when I came home to find our home exactly as we left it - dirt and all. I called JAWS and spent the next 20 minutes listening to the owner swear up and down that the home he washed was mine, despite his description matching one a street over with the same house number. He was honestly arguing with me as to whether my house had a basketball hoop and a fenced in yard (it does not). Not once did he apologize or admit the mistake was theirs (our house correctly shows up in every GPS/navigation system on the market). We were disconnected mid-call, at which time I left a message that they could call our house phone or come by any time the next day because my husband would be home. By mid-afternoon on Wednesday, no response. I called and was initially told the owner decided he wasn't going to do the job. I said that was fine, but I'd be sharing my experience in our neighborhood forum. We were quickly rescheduled for Friday afternoon and told the tech would send a picture to my mobile before they started to confirm they had the right house. At 7:42 Friday night they called to cancel and rescheduled for Saturday between 10 & 2. At 3:46 Saturday afternoon, they called to cancel again, this time because of weather. We rescheduled a third time for Monday morning (today). The scheduler called to let me know they were an hour away and I reminded her that we would not be home. She confirmed the tech would send a picture before they started. Not 5 minutes later, she called back to say the owner decided he won't come if we're not there. Needless to say, I've cancelled the service and will be calling a different vendor. Never have I come across a business so determined to lower the bar. If not for the scheduler Brittany, who appears to be the only person there who understands customer service, JAWS wouldn't have made it past the gate with their "luxury community" upcharge. They certainly wouldn't have had four chances to earn my business, but in the end, they blew every single opportunity. read more

I made the appointment thinking I was booking with a different company but due to my error it was them however after lack of better judgment I still continued on with my appointment even though the technician was scheduled to be here between 8 & 8:30 but didn't arrive until 2:30pm. Since I wasn't home due to the late arrival I wasn't able to inspect until later on however, when my daughter arrived and sent me photos it still looked as if if hadn't been cleaned. The technician did reach out to me and let me know he couldn't get the rust stains up but he didn't even do my path way. When I arrived home I called the owner who said there was "confusion" on what they considered a walk way. They consider the walk way the area directly below your steps and not the entire walk way to your house. I asked why wasn't all of the dirt up from the driveway he said he would call me right back after I sent him the pictures so that he could contact the technician. He called back and said it was a stain and it wouldn't come up however all the dirt around it did so I knew it was possible for it to come up. I paid them the undeserved $150 for a job I could've done with my water hose. The owner kept making excuse after excuse for his technicians short coming on not getting the job done. I made sure to deleted the number out of my phone to make sure I never make the mistake of doing "business" (if that's even what you can call it) again but I wanted to warn people as well to proceed with caution with booking with them read more

Unprofessional! Made two appointments with this company (Jaws Pressure Washing) over the phone. I needed the outside concrete areas of my home pressure washed. They never showed up for either appointment! For the first appointment, I spoke with a person who requested pictures of my home to give me an estimate. I sent the pictures, we had a back and forth exchange to get an estimate and schedule an appointment. I thought all was fine until the day of the appointment. When the time came and they never showed up, I called them. The person on the phone said "Oh, I'm sorry. You should have been called. We can't come today because of commercial jobs we have. We can schedule another appointment." So I scheduled another appointment. I should have trusted my intuition and moved on but decided to give them another chance. Guess what? They are a no-show again and no call to inform me of what is happening. So now they have my home pictures and my address - not cool. What am I to think of why they wanted my home pictures and address if they we not going to provide a service? read more
