Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond.
