I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

Purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler here on 7/11/2026. Before buying, I brought up the CARFAX showing…read morethree A/C compressor replacements in two years and told them I didn't believe the A/C was cooling properly during the test drive. Their on-site mechanic put gauges on it, added refrigerant, and told me the system was 100% fine and that's just how Jeep A/C works. Their salesman told me the prior repairs were done by a reputable company and were actually a benefit that it was done. The A/C failed within an hour of leaving the lot. I contacted K&O and they agreed to help. They diagnosed it over text as a likely clogged orifice tube or expansion valve and asked me to have it evaluated and send them the findings. An A/C specialist found the refrigerant system contaminated throughout with compressor debris -- a condition that existed long before the sale. I had specifically told K&O about the three prior compressors, a history that points directly to system contamination, and they chose a diagnostic that wouldn't detect it, then assured me the system was fine. The repair is almost $3k. I sent the estimate exactly as their representative asked me to, along with a formal letter by registered mail. They have not responded to any of it. They communicated with me and told me they'd help just long enough for my check to clear, then completely ghosted me. I understand the truck was sold as-is. I'm not asking anyone to warranty a used vehicle. I'm noting that I raised a specific concern, was given specific assurances, and was 100% ignored once my check cleared. Buyers beware. At a minimum get an independent pre-purchase inspection before doing business here, or better yet, go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.
