He was so kind and really made me feel better about our situation!!! he was very very knowledgeable with everything about cars every make model brand anything!!! Very efficient on a weekend. Driver showed up about 30 minutes. My car completely died and the driver was helpful and courteous and get the car out of the garage by jumping it and pushing it onto the truck. Also assisted us at the dealership as well. I would give ZERO STARS if I could because the manager of the establishment, BRANDON, lacks any and all professionalism!!!! Needed my car to be towed. I set up for someone from Jax Express Towing to tow my car. Because of traffic I was running late and for whatever reason missed their call but did not even see their call until I entered my apartment complex. As I enter my apartment complex, I see their tow truck waiting so I immediately called them back thinking that it was the tow truck driver who had called. It was Brandon who answered and he rudely expressed that their driver had been waiting for 20 minutes and that my phone was going straight to voicemail. I apologized, but advised Brandon that I am now in the complex and that he can call the tow truck driver to come down. And I also advised that there was "no reason to be rude" as I felt that he was being rude for someone who is supposed to be PROFESSIONAL. About 1 minute later, Brandon from the office calls me back and says "before I send my driver down I just want to make sure that there isn't going to be a situation" so I replied "sir what situation? The situation is that my car needs to be towed" and his reply back to me was "well because of the remark you made when you got off the phone", which is when I realized that Brandon was literally calling me back because he was personally offended that I called him rude, even though, as a customer, I felt that he was rude! I advised that the issue wasn't with the tow truck driver but was with him and I just need my car towed, and he THEN advised that there will be a $25 fee added for his tow truck driver having to wait. Now my question is, WHY did Brandon wait until the end of the SECOND phone call to tell me that there was a $25 fee. Instead, he made the 2nd phone call to be about the comment for me calling him rude. I was upset. Brandon said he is the manager and he doesn't report to anybody. But I will find out who to speak to regarding this with Jax Express Towing because I feel that Brandon (if he is really the business owner" does need to stop taking things personally in regards to his own business!!!!!! read more
