This is not my first time at this carwash. In the past they did a good job basically what I expect for the price and the type of place. However, today was a different story. It appears it may be under new management but I'm not sure. In any case, it started with the rep who asks which services you would like trying to upsell me for quite some time. Very aggressively asking why I don't want a membership. I told him I don't get washes often enough for it to be worth it but still he kept pushing. Then, when it was clear I didn't want a membership he switched tactics and noted my car was very dirty and attempted to sell me a "deep cleaning". This is an obvious scam what kind of "deep cleaning" could they possibly be doing in a drive through carwash. I told him no thanks attempting to stay polite but losing patience. He continued and I had to tell him to stop trying to sell me things or I would be driving away. Probably should ah e just driven off. The wash was very low quality. The floor mats were not removed for vacuuming and it showed, my seats still had crumbs on them which should be easily removed by even a half asses vacuuming, the windshield was only partially cleaned, the dashboard and center console were still dirty. 1 Star - Only Because Zero Isn't an Option Ah, Jack's Car Wash -- where your car might get kind of clean, but your seat might get definitely broken. Let's talk about customer service -- or, in Jack's case, the complete and total absence of it. I've now called SIX TIMES (yes, six -- as in, half a dozen, like eggs, only more fragile than the seat they broke) to try to resolve a dispute about my car seat being damaged during a wash. And guess what I got in return? Nothing. No callback, no apology, not even an "Oops, our bad." Radio silence. I've had more luck communicating with IKEA furniture instructions. You'd think after the fourth call someone might say, "Hey, this person seems serious," but no -- Jack's customer care strategy appears to be ignore until they give up or die of frustration. For a business that blasts high-powered water jets and suds with NASA-level enthusiasm, you'd think they could wash away some accountability too -- and they do, just not in a good way. I've been using Jax for at least 40 years, although it has changed hands several times. The current management is a tightly run business, with modern equipment, helpful staff, excellent results and an unlimited monthly pass that is economical as well as confident, getting me in and out fast. read more

DONT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. MY CAR STILL HAD DIRT AND MARKS AFTER AND EVEN WORSE, MY CAR WAS DAMAGED. It was my first time taking my car for a car wash at Jax. After it went through the wash, there was still dirt and marks all over the car. While I was inspecting it, I noticed my Mercedes emblem was missing.. The emblem was in tact when I brought my car in for a wash. To top it off, I still had to pay $24 for a car that was still dirty and now damaged. I raised the issue at the time of the incident and even called the police. Jax told me to email their support team. I emailed them right away and now a month has passed by and THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. The whole purpose is to focus on the exterior of the car. They don't do a great job vacuuming the interior.

I got in the car and left thinking my car looked fine until I parked n noticed that : One of my mats was clean the other dirty No dusting of my dash board They barely vacuumed my rugs The outside front passenger door handle on the outside was dirty Cup holder dirty If I would have known I would have just gotten the cheaper wash or gone somewhere else and pay $19.99 for the same job these people did. WARNING!!!!!!!! Be aware of what they make you sign. I was there only once and I was charged for months. contacted them and they only refunded certain amount of months. Then they kept charging even after cancellation which they never cancelled and haven't given me any refund. Knowing that they never gave you service, they have balls to say they can't issue a refund. When will I ever learn.... another waste of $27.00. Paid for full wash, "hot wax", interior, and tires. Got home only to realize that they didn't do the tires. Spots everywhere on the car (so much for hot wax included) half of the interior sill not vacuumed. Dash board looks like someone slid a half wet napkin across it. Only good for a quick exterior wash. I paid for a "Flex" wash which they said had an extreme vacuum. My car looked like it was only vacuumed but they did not wipe down the doors or the console at all. There was even a raisin left on the seat which shows how great a job they did. takiing my rating down. Went back this Sunday While on line I was approached by some guy who was walking from car to car to try and UP the package. They were having a special he said for $34.95 i could have the entire interior of my car cleaned, plus the undercarriage yada yada. OK fine...its been a rough winter so let me treat myself. He has a bar of soap and writes some scribble on my window which i can't read. I go through the car wash and the manager says it's ready.. UM NO I paid 35 bucks. Oh okay and pulls it over to the side for someone to complete the cleaning. The guy did a decent job but when I get home I find he didn't vacuum the back of the car which was completely empty while I drove through (I emptied it for that reason) So besides not completing the job, the heist while you are on line and then the fact that I have to tell them you didn't finish the job, I probably will try another place. Some lady in front of me on line to pay was pretty upset about the guy on the line also. Said he got fresh with her.. I didn't experience that but they should just let people order what services they want and not try and up the charges. JAX you need to do a better job on the interiors. read more

Love this car wash! Have used the oil change part too before and the guys are helpful and honest. Check the website or ask if there is any coupon available. Oil change comes with a complimentary exterior wash. I've been coming here for years. They take great care of the entire place and have upgraded the equipment in recent years to upgrade the car wash experience - for both the vehicles and the owners (as it is cool to watch)! They have great a la carte pricing but also offer monthly plans with unlimited washing (which is what I have). Sometimes during the busier times (afternoons and weekends) when they are very busy, some details can be missed - but nothing that is a problem and that is honestly to be expected whenever you may go. For people that get angry and complain that their filthy car is not spotless when going to any car wash, you can't expect to have a completely clean car when you don't maintain it regularly. That is what detailing services are for - which Jax offers as well! They also have plenty of vehicle accessories - winter mats, tons of air fresheners, license plate frames, etc! read more

My brother use to frequent this car wash quite a bit so when I went for an oil change at my usual spot and realized they were closed indefinitely, I figure I give this place a try. And my experience was great! I went for an oil change and remained in my car the entire time as to stay safe during this pandemic. The gentleman that provided the oil change was very knowledgeable and was able to check out other things as well. Typical I know but just that morning my car wouldn't start and we thought it was my battery. Low and behold when he was checking my car, he advised I needed a new battery and was able to change it for me right then and there! Battery price was also reasonable at $115. He also checked my car fax and one of my filters hadn't been change in yearrsss so I had that changed too. Filter was filthy lol So overall, I was very happy and will proceed with going here moving forward for my oil changes :) read more

Okay... I'm here to report the Truth ..I've been visiting this car wash for awhile and I'm only happy on a part time basis... Why? Because the services are mediocre.. They are just like the Merry Maids they only dust the surface.. you have to tell them to thoroughly vacuum your car... oh yes I do! On the weekends, this car wash can get very crowed so beware! In the past, I have actually returned for them to vacuum my car again. I know some of the workers who are really nice but there are some who don't want for work... ugh... Cmon who pays for a service and it looks like you just threw away your money. Happened to be in the neighborhood and saw a sign a few blocks down the street that there was an oil change and car wash up ahead. Now, when was the last time I got the oil changed? I booked a couple of appointments but never actually brought the car in... it must have been more than a few months already so I drove in. Got my oil changed, my engine flushed and my car washed all in 35 minutes. They even vacuumed the inside of my car, although the horde of men that scampered to do so were uneven in their work. The left side team was definitely less meticulous than the right side team, so that the passenger side was near pristine and the driver side still showed considerable evidence of sticks and twig remenants from past woodsy hikes. Attendant broke my rear view mirror and said it "snaps back in" but he he couldn't just snap it back in when I asked him to do it. I've been going here for years. They had higher standards years ago I believe. I notice things now like film on the inside of my glass or drip spots left unwiped. Sometimes things are overlooked, but they need to be looked over before you leave!!! Just take a minute to do so first!!! They WILL fix things that were missed if you point it out and remember you if you are a returning customer. Remember, several people are working one INE vehicle and sometimes assume the other person got a part that they didn't get. It just takes a few seconds to look it over really quickly. So at first i was very hesitant about getting a detail cleaning on my car because of Mixed Reviews. I am so glad i didn't listen to the negative reviews because they did an absolutely AMAZING JOB!!! I wish i had before and after pictures to show of my car but they basically brought it back from the dead and made it look like a COMPLETELY BRAND NEW CAR!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORBERTHO. My steering wheel and mats and trunk before the detailed clean looked deteriorated. I even asked him to throw them away from how gross they looked. When he finished the detailed I couldn't believe how beautiful the car looked I gave him a 50 dollar tip because of how impressed i was. This may be the best car wash place I have come across yet. I am reviewing this based on the fact that I got the most expensive car wash for my lady's car, so therefore I will throw out there that perhaps paying more will get the customer better service. We got out of the car, and the workers hosed down the mats before going through the garage-tunnel machine. We were actually able to shoot soap on the car using these guns as we watched her car go through the cleaning process - definitely a little kid moment there! Alright so we paid at their cash register, dropped the tip in the box and then watched the workers dry off the inside and outside of the car, vacuum everything, apply the wax, shine the wheels and the car looked good as new. It looks and feels great! I even would like to say that we were on line for only about 5 minutes and it was packed! Just keep driving. I paid monthly. Ha! That was my first mistake. The more I went the worse it got. When I complained that my car was still dirty they replied "So you pay for the monthly service. Go around and get it washed again". The nightmare happened when they accidentally opened the passenger window. When they pulled my car out I saw the the soapy water running down the inside of my car. The most I've ever paid for someone to NOT clean my car. I genuinely could've done a better job myself in a couple minutes with a rag. I paid for the most expensive wash they offer... I left with dead bugs on my windshield, leaves in my trunk that I didn't have before, soaking wet floors, and dirty wheels. The employees had an explanation for every single shortcoming... I should've gotten an express service (more $$$) and then someone wouldve wiped down my wheels... starting at $45 . I've never paid $30 for a car wash in my life.
