I stopped by here last week, the price posted is $20 for sedans and coupes, $25 for suv and $30 trucks and larger suv. All hand wash, wi downs, vacuum and tire shine. I went in and asked how much..he said $30. I said sign says $25. He goes ok that's fine. I'm not gonna fight over $5. The point is not fighting, it's what is posted. They clean my car but I swear it was the most terrible job!! I did not even get tire shine. Car was half dried, dash was not wiped down and just horrible for $25?!?! No wonder they did not have cars waiting....such a shame read more

After my favorite car wash had closed down I was in need/search of another good, reasonable hand car wash locally and I stumbled upon pristine. I cant say enough good things about the work they do, the people who work there and the prices, everything is great. PROS: The car wash, I get the more expensive one where they do the windows and clean inside I think it's 20-25? Super reasonable considering the work they do. Workers are cool and personable, very easy to work with. Their other services like detailing and waxing etc I've never used but I've seen their work on a few cars and super reasonable. CONS: as much as I like this place and even credited them 4 stars, they do a lot of dealer work and open very early, which means close very early, I've rushed from work a few times to get a car wash around 4 pm and they have turned me down saying they are closing, I hate going to do stuff like that on the weekend so that is my only gripe with them be it a small one. Use them and make sure you go early! read more

First, this isn't a hand car wash. I drove here specifically looking for a hand car wash and all the washing it automated. Second, it just wasn't that good. See photos - exterior was still dirty (would have been clean if they simply rubbed the rims with a towel) and minus the floor mats the interior was the same as when I arrived. I drive a Jeep so the doors and roof are off a lot and the car can accumulate dust and dirt but all it needs is a quick brush or dusting with a towel and you're good. read more

Wanted to like this shop. Brought my Acura MDX here for a detail after seeing yelp coupon. Paid $150 for my car to smell like the inside of a gas station bath room. No actual interior detailing was done from what I could see. The leather gear shift was filled with crumbs. The cup holder too. They used a vet vacuum to try and suck up sand from the back and it just left wet sand back there. Left the car for nearly 3 hours. Outside looked washed and waxed but inside looked barely touched. read more

Cleaned the interior (which was full of dog hair), cleaned the exterior, even cleaned the engine. Best of all, I had several deep scratches on a front panel and he touched them up with such skill that I had a hard time seeing where the scratches had been. This is not a high end car wash service as advertised. I got a full vip service car wash but they did not do any interior cleaning such as wipe down the interior, clean the windows, vacuum, and clean the interior trims. The only interior work they did was hose down my mats but they put them back soaking wet inevitably causing them to mud back up once I got in my car. Also the VIP service says they shampoo the mats but within an hour you can tell they did not because there's still dirt on them. I am assuming they received the 5 star reviews for their detailing service but they certainly do not do a good job with the car wash. Also there is no waiting area so you can see all the work they do and it certainly is not a car wash I expected for the price. read more

They do an OK job on the body/interior of the car. My car today had dried spots on the windows, windshield, and sunroof. Biggest disappointment was when I got home and saw the wheels. For a car wash that likes to advertise all the sports cars that come through, you'd expect they would know how to clean a set of wheels. Don't let the weird location fool you . This is a very professional place and they deliver. The manager was even kind enough to give me a ride to a coffee shop while I waited for 3 hours to get my interior detailed. They did a thorough job and the inside of my car was like new again. $14 for a car wash for my SUV. What a steal! The wait (only 10-15 minutes) is a bit "long" cuz the place only washes one car at a time. But I didn't really mind. So that price tag includes a thorough exterior and tires clean and a pretty neat freshening of the interior. The staff were nice. So glad I found this place. read more

Rude rude rude. New owner, and this new guy is nasty nasty nasty. The sign says they open at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8, knocked on the door, and new owner shouts at me "what!!??" I said I wanted a car wash and he tells me he opens at 9. I said your sign says 8. He walks to the sign, tears it down, rips it apart and shouts "not anymore." Wow!! What a way to make business. My dog decided to jump into my car with wet muddy paws and so I knew it was time to get my car cleaned, professionally. I had heard of pristine from a friend so I gave them a call. They got me in the next morning and it didn't take too long for the interior detail. I don't think my car has been this clean since the day it left the dealership, 13 years ago. Decided to go here after seeing all the great reviews on yelp. After seeing 2 cars before me get washed I felt confident that I made a good decision. While the outside of my car was washed pretty good,despite a few spots on my back window that were missed and some spots on the windows,the inside did not appear to get the dash and middle console wiped down as it was supposed to be included in the VIP wash that I paid for. There was still dust on my dash and console and cup holders. Also even on the exterior of the doors there was still dust and dirt marks. A little disappointed after paying for a $30 wash and having such high expectations from all the previous yelp reviews. read more
