I was really disappointed with my visit to this car wash. My car was still covered in water spots when I left because they didn't dry it properly. On top of that, they applied Armor All to my rims while they were still wet, which left a greasy mess. When I brought these issues up, the owner was dismissive and unhelpful. Came here yesterday for the first time and I was very pleased. Iam very particular and I genuinely didn't find anything wrong. Outside and inside were both very clean ! Only thing I did not love was the fact that they wait for you to be inside in the puddle of water to ask you to come out. Which was annoying with slippers on but it wasn't a big deal. New Look is a gem of a car wash hidden near Garden Stare Plaza. I've been here a handful of times and am never disappointed. You get an incredible hand wash and vacuum for what you'd pay at those automatic drive-thru washes! The staff is quick but thorough. During the wash, you stay in your car - which is great during the cold winter or hot summer. You only need to get out of your if and when you're getting it vacuumed. Tip: They take cash and credit but I believe there is a small transaction fee for credit. Make sure you tip these guys! read more

My car was not cleaned very well. The dashboard was still dirty, not all of the outside was cleaned - there were spots on top of the hood. The windows had a few spots. Asked for a wax - yeah didn't get that. The inside of the car smelled like old, stale water - they should change their towels out often. Price was reasonable but will not be going back. Only place that completely cleans my rims. They do half then make you pull forward a half wheel revolution to do the rest. Hand wash entire car, suds then thoroughly rinse. They do a great job of drying with blower, compressed air & hand drying. Inside and out for a standard car, $12. Best value around. Wish they would get back some of the real estate outside the exit where they used to do vacuum and final dry in the sun. Now it's done inside due to neighboring property putting up a fence. There can be a wait on peak days and times. As with any car wash, the best work is when they are less busy. Off peak sometimes you're the only car. Beware! If you care about scratches and swirl mark on your car or dirt not thoroughly being removed from the fender, bumper, door jams, interior, etc...then this will be OK for a quick wash. However, you will have to do some drying and wiping again yourself. Not returning! read more

Read a review written by someone who claims they scratched his brand new car. Really? It's a hand carwash. Unless they use sandpaper to dry the damn thing, there's no way it's going to get scratched. I don't blame the owner for arguing. I would argue too if some idiot was trying to get me to pay for something I didn't do. Not to mention that if the scratches require bodywork, there's no way they could have happened there. Surface scratches caused by carwash brushes are easy to polish out and, besides, they don't use brushes which is why you go there. I have been using them off and on for the better part of 15 years. Started bringing my 1998 BMW there way back when after they were referred to me by my dealer. They do a spectacular job of hand washing and cleaning. I have even used them to do waxing and detailing. Again, great work. They will also do waxing completely by hand, without the use of a buffer if you so desire. Very few places will do this but if you're meticulous, it's really the only way to go. They also haven't raised their prices since I started going there; $10 for a wash, $12 with Armorall. A bargain. The only downside is that they don't offer a monthly unlimited wash plan and since they take their time, lines can be long. I have recommended them literally 50 times and everyone has yet to do anything but rave about them. Great place. read more
