I recently went to his Torrance office for my session, and asked him to help me with my sprain wrist. At time I couldn't move or rotate my wrist at all and I had to wear wrist brace to help stabilize it. Dr.Wong treated my wrist with precision that levitated my pain and I was able to move my wrist again. I am no longer wearing wrist brace after the session. At my first visit, they took my body weight measurement and vitals. Dr. Miyamoto came in and asked about my health history, any issues that I had, and reason for visiting the chiropractor. After, they used electrode therapy and the heated roller bed to relax tense muscles. I went back to the waiting room to see Dr. Chen. He was very knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced. He pointed out all the areas I was misaligned as well as from injuries in the past. After 4 visits, my workouts and daily life felt much more comfortable and I felt more flexible and capable. Mind you, I'm only 24 live a very active lifestyle and workout a lot. It's the little things that I took for granted. Dr. Chen showed me how my body was supposed to feel. I don't want to write negative review for Joint Chiropractor, but I think I should warn others…read more I usually had great experience at the Joint near my area at West Covina, so I thought why not get one adjustment done before the end of the month, so I stopped by this location after a spa. The front desk girl was friendly and helped squeeze me in for the last mn before they close on Wednesday. To my shocking surprise, Dr Roger didn't ask me where I wasn't feel well or even asked how I was doing. He went straight to check my main spine, which seemed good, he didn't event adjust it but told me to roll to the side for lower back adjustments. Then adjusted my necks, which left me shocking traumatized. My neck wasn't relaxed yet and he already cracked me, both side. I was in such much pain that I couldn't move when he's done. He told me that we're done, and I said just a moment while closing my eyes and holding me neck in pain. He didn't ask to make sure if I was ok, he just left into his room. I was so surprised, but I tried to get up and leave. Someone on Yelp said this location isn't owned by the same owner fell West Covina one, maybe that's why my Dr at West Covina left me better impression. I'd never come back to this location again. I hope other patients would take initiation to speak up and protect your body.

China is so nice, efficient, and will always do her best to get you scheduled. She's even managed to get me in on the same day for times where I'm in just too much pain and need to get help asap. Both Dr Swart and Dr Clarizo are fantastic - you can't go wrong with treatment. Depending on your needs, they have electrostimulation, waterbed massage, massage therapy, and adjustments. I was then told that the Groupon could have been redeemed over the phone when I made the appointment. Had that been mentioned during the scheduling call, I would have redeemed it immediately. Instead, I made the trip only to be turned away with an unexpected charge. My disappointment isn't with the policy itself--it's with the lack of communication. Groupon is meant to introduce new customers to a business. This could have been the start of a long-term relationship and a repeat customer. Instead, I never even got the chance to try the treatment. A simple heads-up when I booked the appointment would have prevented this entire experience.
