I called this place for an urgent walk-in for my ankle. They gladly accepted me and verified my insurance coverage over the phone before I came in today. Cecilia at the front desk was very nice. I had a free consultation then did the intake form to begin treatment. The clinic was like a "pop-up" with cubicles instead of private rooms. I can hear the other patients very clearly. Dr. Britton is an excellent doctor. He was genuine interested in my overall health. His explanation of treatment plans and ability to address my symptoms were very helpful. Very good experience. I just went for my first visit, and it costs $65 for the initial consultation. Since no one talks about $$ I took pictures of the pricing haha. My insurance is with Kaiser so chiropractic is not covered but I received a 25% off discount. That discount applies for any of the individual visits but not the packages or the monthly plans, so at least Dr. Britton was very honest and open about that. Dr. Britton and the staff were great, very nice and welcoming. I felt sore after the first adjustment but that's normal and should get better when I come in for more adjustments. This place was weird. The space is very strange, there are no true "rooms", just short dividers throughout the space. Because of this, there is no real privacy, and it just feels like they are trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The chiropractor was fine, but he was immediately trying to find a reason to get me an X-ray, maybe for insurance purposes? But ultimately it seemed like he was more concerned with filling out the insurance description rather than actually helping me. And of course he recommended 8+ follow up sessions. read more

WARNING to all... RED FLAGS: 1) goes by Dr but is NOT a medical doctor! 2) his assistant checks your blood pressure prior to him seeing you...for what? He isn't trained in diagnosing and treating hypertension! And it has no clinical correlation to his work. In other words, It is completely outside of his scope! Again, he is NOT a medical doctor although poses as one. 3) guy proceeds to tell me I have Cauda Equina Syndrome which btw is a UROLOGIC EMERGENCY! Again, he has no clue about what he is talking about. 4) gives me an order for a X-ray...for which he is not trained to interpret and cant do anything about even if he "thinks" there are any concerning findings because he is a chiropractor, and NOT a medical doctor. It's not like he can provide me with a referral to see Orthopedics for further evaluation and wouldn't even know when to do so even if he could because its not within his scope! 5) Doesn't acknowledge his clients and can come across as arrogant. My advice to him: STOP playing Doctor and stick to your adjustments! You are misleading people by posing as a medical practice. This is causing your clients more harm than anything! My advice to you: Save your money. Definitely do NOT take his advice on anything. See an actual medical doctor for your health concerns. If you're looking to get an adjustment, go elsewhere. His adjustments are subpar to say the least. I honestly think most of his reviews on here are not genuine. My husband got me the package few years ago and I forgot to write a review. It was a bad experience with this doctor(?), he just do adjustments for less than a minute. Every week he asked me if my back and neck were better and I said no and he did not modify his treatment. All he did was cracking my back and neck. I don't think he knows how to treat people's pain. In one of the sessions there was a different assistant that tried to help me easy with my pain, she rubbed my pain area and the doctor came and asked what was she doing? He has a background of being an athlete, so he understands how your body works and integrates various therapies to help and recover. He helped my body to heal, become stronger and was able to avoid surgery for my ailment. First time I decided to be seen by a chiropractor and my experience was great. The pain in my neck, shoulder blades and back was very bad. Just on my first visit I immediately felt relief. I also get very bad migraines and get horrible muscle spasms in my head that runs to my shoulder, well I been receiving chiropractor treatment and massages at Britton's for around 6 months or more. So Britton when I called and calmly asked to speak w the dr and wait I was argued with by his bubble head receptionist instead of her saying hold on this is after they called treating me like I should be punished for being Hurt and having a personal emergency and responsibky communicating I couldnt make a second appt this week. They don't care if you're in pain or need treatment they called and lied two weeks ago and said I cancelled all my appts. That wasn't true. So I don't even know if it's the dr doing this or Just his unprofessional receptionist as he is short on qualified help. He was a good dr. But his employees are unethical and leave people standing in line while they delay on phone calls also. They don't even process patients properly into the operatory rooms. I called to speak with him calmly to ask if he's was aware I was told i can't come to my Tuesday appt . Dr. Britton is awesome. First time I went there due to a hip raised. I honestly thought it was something worse. Turns out I just needed an alignment. The staff and Dr. Britton are very attentive to you needs and really listen to when you explain to the them what is wrong with you. What I like is that Dr. Britton actually takes the time to explain to you causes of your injury. I was given electroshock therapy and then was given an alignment. It felt so good. If you don't have any insurance Dr. Britton is willing to work with you and he accepts most insurances. Dr. Britton is a winner with great facility, friendly staff, the equipments (electro thing is a must) and of course massage therapy (also a must). He has Monday thru Saturday covered. Mornings are Irina and Afternoons are Ivy. It's important to know which technique and strength are more suitable for you which I think front desk/reception can help you with. For me, it's definitely Ivy for both her technique and her strength. I already fell in love with her the first time and will be going back for more. I called the office and made an appointment to have my back adjusted. Based on my insurance information, I was told that my co-pay would be $10. After my treatment, I thought things were going as planned until it was time to take care of my co-pay. To my surprise, I was told that it was $25. The receptionist told me that the doctor treated me with a machine that was classified as "therapy." This was shady because no one informed me of this including the doctor. I'm SO glad that a friend recommend that I see Dr. Britton for ongoing back and knee pain. I don't do much raving on Yelp - but this practice is worth the raves. Its worth taking take the 10, 710, 60 101 and 110 in one drive (that happened) just to get to his office. The staff are professional, kind, and truly welcoming. By the second visit, they'd remembered my name. It seems like such a small thing but it means a lot when you're entrusting the team with your health. The office is busy, but immaculate and so far I've not found myself waiting to be seen. Dr. Britton is, in addition to being affable, professional and kind, just incredibly good at what he does. He answers all my questions without talking over my head, or talking down to me. He makes me feel like he's a partner when it comes to my health and fitness goals. I've been to several chiropractors and was pretty unimpressed with Dr. Britton's services. Went for 3 visits to be sure about my opinions. Each visit took less than 10 minutes total, in and out the door. I would only receive a single 5 min treatment (adjustment, electro stimulation, roller massage table, or exercise instruction). If I wanted more than 1, I'd need to pay extra. It was very clear that I would only be treated with what services could be billed to my insurance (1 billable code per visit). In all of my other chiropractic experiences, a visit involved multiple treatments; like electro stimulation, with a short massage, followed by adjustment. Dr. Britton and his staff were all nice and if all you need is a 3 min adjustment, then this place would suffice. read more
