The first thing that impressed me about Collin was his willingness to come to our house and spend an hour without charging getting the lay of the land and forming a hypothesis for what the problem might be. Once he diagnosed it, he had the skills and tools to address it. We have not had another drop of water in that area since, and it rained twice after he made the repair. While at our place, Collin also fixed a patio gate that was sticking and a garage door that seemed to have developed a mind of its own, closing only when it felt like it. It was a great relief to get that taken care of. Collin charges $65 an hour, which is not cheap but is probably about the going rate in San Francisco.
