They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. Would have cost us upwards of $500 all in, and we were only replacing it on the plumber's recommendation. Fortunately Russ was there, and while he was a professional and didn't step on the other guys toes, I noticed he seemed like he wanted to say something. So after talking to him, I learned that a toilet replacement is not at all difficult, and nor is a rebuild, and he would be happy to do either for just his hourly rate. So we replaced the toilet for less than half the price the plumber wanted. Honest, hard-working, and dependable, and above all with our interests in mind.

Oxcraft has gotten back to me in a timely and professional manner. There is a huge amount of building being done quickly in Heber. I feel that many vendors have so much work opportunity that they don't care about their quality of work, schedule out far, and don't finish the job or do it properly. Oxcraft is the opposite. They've even finished jobs that the builder messed up on or the movers and electricians didn't finish up or do correctly. Mark is skillful and precise, and a kind easy guy to work with.
