Unfortunately, the staff wete anything but accommodating and helpful. They urged him to complete over $4,000 of work on a vehicle that wasn't worth $1,000 kbb. We decided to junk it and the staff couldn't even be bothered with pulling the car out of the bay. I asked them 3 different times while I sat for over 3 hours waiting on the tow truck to remove the vehicle. They never lifted a finger for assistance and had the tow truck driver move it when he arrived. I have always recommended the Clearwater and Largo locations to others. I hope that this location does not ruin the reputation of the entire franchise. Thumbs down for historical St. Pete location.
