It took them 5 weeks to get the replacement part from Goodman, and they charged me $3,500 for labor and materials to fix it under warranty. A month later, the condensate line began leaking water all over my basement floor. I called them on Friday, but they couldn't come until Monday to look at it, and I had to shut off the AC until they showed up. At that point, I was so done with them. I called Good Tidings the following day, 3 PM on a Saturday. They offer 24 hr. emergency service, 7 days a week. Good Tidings had a technician at my home within ninety minutes, and an hour after he arrived, the problem was permanently fixed. Good Tidings pricing is in line with or less than other plumbers that I have used. I like their business model, was pleased with their service, and will use them again.
