I wanted maintenance and the bangs out of my eyes. But, I left with a totally different drastically shorter hairstyle that I didn't request. I even specifically told the stylist not to cut the sides since the stiffness of my hair causes it to stick out unless it's long enough to comb back. As you can see from the pic - the sides were cut and now stick-out. The pic also shows that the back is also awkwardly squared-off. So, I'm forced to find another stylist to fix what was done (which will sadly cause me to have an even shorter cut). I estimate it will take 3-4 months to grow back the damage done. My guess is that if you have very short hair that needs periodic maintenance, or, if you want that luxurious barbershop shave and men's spa vibe. This might be a great spot for you. They also have an entire section for mani/pedis that look super comfortable for dudes. So there's that too. But, I can't say it's a place where you'll get the cut you ask for.

I had a booked appointment at 11:30am as per the screenshot provided. I arrived a bit earlier. Mr Rick Santos arrived at the Barbershop at 11:25 am. Said hello to his co-workers and acknowledged me sitting in the waiting area. At 11:32am a random Brazilian kid just landed on his seat and Rick just started cutting his hair. What happened to the appointment at 11:30 am? Rick never mentioned that someone else was ahead of me. The front desk lady told me to wait until 11:40 am. Once 11:40 am hit, and he was still cutting his hair, I showed Rick my phone proving the 11:30 am appointment. He replied "7 more minutes". Once 11:55 am hit and he still wasnt done, I walked out.
