The owner or manager of this company needs to be more involved with the barbers of this location. The Barber Im complaining about is Mr Rick Santos. I had a booked appointment at 11:30am as per the screenshot provided. I arrived a bit earlier. Mr Rick Santos arrived at the Barbershop at 11:25 am. Said hello to his co-workers and acknowledged me sitting in the waiting area. At 11:32am a random Brazilian kid just landed on his seat and Rick just started cutting his hair. What happened to the appointment at 11:30 am? Rick never mentioned that someone else was ahead of me. The front desk lady told me to wait until 11:40 am. Once 11:40 am hit, and he was still cutting his hair, I showed Rick my phone proving the 11:30 am appointment. He replied "7 more minutes". Once 11:55 am hit and he still wasnt done, I walked out. I drive very far to get a haircut from The ultimate cave and it seems they prioritize Brazilian people over booked appointments. Internally they all speak Portuguese, which I dont personally care but its really about customer service and respect for people who have other things to do. Why take appointments if you treat clients as if they were walk-ins? Why doesnt management pay attention to these barbers on how they work with clients? Without clients, this business doesnt operate. This place is top notch. I've been to them twice since relocating back to Orlando (today included) and it's perfect for anyone. Being a 50-year old guy, I'm still looking for a "cool" cut to be presentable with the times. Caio's done both my cuts (fades) and is exceptional. Knows his shit and works like a master. Highly recommend booking him. Quick, friendly, professional staff, lounge area with coffee, drinks, billiards, and literally no drama. I have taken my husband here before during COVID and was satisfied with the barber and the precautions. However, I was very disappointed today when I took my husband in for an appointment and absolutely not one employee had a mask on. In addition to no mask none of them were six foot away from other workers. The customers getting services did not have masks (which is acceptable if the employee performing the service would have been wearing a mask). Also, all guests that were waiting in the lobby did not have masks on - including kids did not have a mask on. I escorted my husband outside (as he has medical problems and is high risk) and I went back in to question the desk receptionist. I asked about the mask wearing and he was very kind and said he could ask the barber if he would wear a mask for my husbands service. He replied about why they were not wearing masks as "after awhile it is just too difficult". We chose to leave and cancel due to the risk that would have been involved of being in the place with no precautions being followed. It is interesting that they have a big sign on the door saying that masks are required and they also had a COVID 19 precautions certification sign. - not sure exactly what that said as I didn't Tatar in long enough to read. COVID cases are rising and organizations like this should take every precaution to protect themselves and the people they serve. There is no possible way for a barber to keep a six feet distance while performing this work and if they feel it is too difficult to protect everyone they encounter, they should look for a different profession. BTW- my husbands last two experiences at this place delivered great service. The barbers may do a good job at their profession, but should also uphold the protection necessary. read more

I've kept my head shaved for at least the last 20 years. The last time I paid for a haircut was a straight razor shave off Camp Pendleton, CA in 2006. I went to this place with no real idea of what I wanted for a haircut and Lucas went to work. He did fantastic work on my hair and beard. This place looks more like a club than a barbershop. Fantastic. The name of my barber was Rui who treated me very well. There is a small bar inside the barber shop which serves beer and there is also a pool table. The barber before starting to do anything offered me something to drink, and asked me what my preferences were regarding the haircut and how I liked my beard. He made several suggestions and explained to me how everything would be done. All the products used were of excellent quality, it was made facial relaxation with hot towel and massage. Rui always called me by my name throughout the process asked if everything was fine and if I was comfortable. I appreciated the service provided and I recommend 100%. A unique experience. read more

Granted, I am not from Brasil and do not speak Portuguese but the girl who cut my hair and was supposed to trim my beard just shaved off my whole beard. Not with a straight razor like before, but an electric razor. And without sanitizing it with spray. If she didn't understand what I wanted, she should have asked or asked somebody. The girl at the desk thought it was funny though. Quick apology and they offered to "pay for my haircut". (I wasn't going to pay for it anyway.) They said nothing when I left. My workers said my haircut made me look like a "prisoner of war" I thought I found a barbershop I liked, but when I walked out, I felt like they didn't want an old white guy there anyway. Too bad. This barber shop was a very interesting barber shop. If you have to wait before getting your hair cut, there is a pool table where you can play pool AND there's an Xbox One S system where you can play video games. I played a Forza game there before I got my hair cut. The barber did a good job at cutting my hair, for it's the type of hairstyle that I wanted. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming to this place to get a haircut if you live in the area. read more

Went in for a beard trim, barber tried to cut my hair. Told him I only needed a beard trim, he then tried to trim my eye brows, told him I didn't want that. He took OVER AN HOUR to trim my beard. He did a lot of fake scissor cutting above my beard like he was doing something. Guess what he tried to charge me.... $71..... HAHAHA GTFOH!!! These Brazilians trying to rip people off. read more
