I know Jayco makes some of the best RVs and we're looking forward to enjoying it. James was awesome giving us the orientation before we left the lot!! Ladies at the desk, very pleasant! BUT.... The young man that sold it to us was not 100% honest about the numbers and we almost left the lot before buying it yesterday. (We had done our homework and knew what we wanted and how much to pay for it.). If anyone wants to open a food truck, in Jayco's parking lot will be a good location. Yesterday and today...sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting. The food truck will make a lot of money here!!!! Still waiting. Ever heard of- don't pee on my foot and tell me that it's raining? That's what's happening here. How many times can they say 10 more minutes? Well, an hour's worth now - to sign the paperwork. If there was another 24B within 3 hours of here, this place would be losing my business right now!!! read more

TITLED- (LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO WALK AWAY!!!) I had given a blind offer on a used camper they had listed... There was an agreement of sale amount through text which was semi-unprofessional but I actually preferred due to proof of agreement... With that being said it was known that they were a 3 hour ride from my home... The price needed to be agreed upon before my time investment to the location... Upon meeting the sales manager (Keith) he walked us to our camper to be inspected BUT he made sure ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS to mention this is a used camper and is an "AS IS SALE" AND!!! Also mentioned he had done "ALL HE COULD TO THE CAMPER FOR OUR AGREED SALE PRICE" This to say the least this put an immediate unpleasant expectation for what we were about to see... My inspection did not begin yet as I was only getting my testing equipment ready to get started when my wife headed inside and within 5 minutes came out and said" STOP EVERYTHING" and immediately invited me inside the camper... She showed me several locations that had RODENT FECES and ANIMAL URINE throughout the entire camper!!! The locations the disgust was located were in some of the most obvious locations!!! When my wife mentioned this to one of the sale associates, His reply was "Well it's a used camper"!!! The most obvious and most disgusting area was the cabinet directly under the sink!!! Then further investigation showed the same in almost every unexposed area!!! (Under couch, Under table, multiple storage areas) We immediately packed up and headed to the office in disappointment... Upon talking with the "Sales Manager" (Keith) He was informed of our immediate dissatisfaction with this experience... He was informed of our immediate concerns about his mentioned "ALL HE COULD D FOR OUR PRICE AGREEMENT" and we told his this could've all been prevented with a detailed cleaning of the unit.. And basic care for customer service!!! Our ride home was long and disappointing to say the least!!! It's literally situations like this that had multiple people telling us "DO NOT USE CAMPING WORLD"!!! Lesson learned!!! read more

The sales team was excellent, kind and caring. However, after the fact, the service was not so great. I bought a used camper, but when they delivered it, they did not give me the keys. They insisted that they had given me the keys, and when I told them they had not, they basically called me a liar. They finally said that they would send a master key for us, but when they sent it, the key did not work. So now I have a camper that I cannot lock completely or thoroughly unless I'm inside of it, but still the storage areas cannot be locked. Even though the sales team was great, I will never buy another camper from them, and I would discourage others from doing so. I still do not understand why they would think I would lie about receiving the keys. read more
