When they found out I was a full timer they got me right in and was luckily able to adjust the door and get it working correctly. While he was repairing it a part of the keyless door lock came apart so he fixed it and checked the other door lock too. The same part was loose so he took the time to fix it also. I can't say enough good things about RCI XL and their excellent customer service. I still have a couple more issues for them to fix and will be back for them to do those repairs too.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and I have the peace of mind to know that my car was repaired properly. I only have two issues. First, the "Service Required" indicator needed to be reset which was an oversight. Second, the lead time for parts and repair was 4 months. Luckily I had other means of transportation, but gee whiz. Other than that, I had a great experience with this business. They even worked with my insurance directly so I didn't have to be the middleman for anything other than payment. I recommend.

Guy was there in about 15 min and super helpful and courteous. Decided to get new tires so followed the guy to the shop. We were treated respectfully and the owner, Nick, was entertaining while we waited. We we're in and out within a few hours (we would have waited longer for this great service). ....
