I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.

Once I saw the mockup I realized that when they sent me the quote the color was already chosen so we would have to pay a restock fee if we wanted to change the color. It would be nice if they would show you how it would look before you are locked into anything and can make color changes. I would recommend KVPrint if your school district has them as a vender. They have better customer service.
