When the softener regenerated in the middle of the night and woke us up (our bedroom is right over the part of the basement the system is located in), Ardi was responsive to our texts and assured us that the noise was normal. He came within a few days and helped us reset the time of regeneration to a better time. He even came back a second time to secure a pipe so the sound wouldn't travel as much. They also matched a competitor's offer and warranty. Overall very happy with the system so far!

The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. A guy showed up after 3 days, and this time again they sent a service guy (again, no licensed plumber) who left P-Trap under my kitchen sink leaking, and I had to call them a third time. Horrible experience end to end. But, buyers, beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Save your money, call your licensed plumber to install RO.

I was recommended by neighbors to Culligan. He gave me the quote on paper and took my card number to "hold" my spot. I texted him 2 weeks out to ask about the permit and he told me it was already pulled and the city would call me after installation. Day of install they never showed up so I called. He finally called back later that afternoon and said he had mixed me up with another customer and that he would "handle it personally".... He was always the only one involved! Lol! He didn't even know what I was having installed. He had zero idea what was going on. I'm done! I've already moved on to someone else. What if I had taken a day off work? I would be out $. Could not be happier we were referred to Mike and Real McCoy Plumbing…read more Our kitchen sink became gradually clogged and the usual remedies (vinegar/baking soda/hot water, cleaning out the p-trap, etc.) did not resolve the problem. We had a drain specialist come twice, charge us, and leave us with a mess in addition to not actually fixing the clog. The technician told us we had something like "50 feet of coiling pipe" that was impossible to snake, and snakes "don't go longer than 35 feet". Not an ideal situation especially with a toddler and us having to use the bathtub on the main floor to do our dishes and bottles for several days. Mike made extra time in his schedule to come on a Friday night (maybe sensing our stress over the phone). Him and his team could not have been more patient and eventually diagnosed the problem (which was not at all related to the drain specialist's claim). Mike laid out a couple options and him and his team did an awesome job resolving the issue for us. They came back to fully clean up, and ended up charging us a very reasonable amount for all the work they did. Thanks to this experience we'll be calling them for all plumbing issues going forward and will refer them to our friends & neighbors.
