Shannon's cuts are so skillful, careful (she goes around and around your head) and thorough, your hair looks good when you walk INTO the shop for your appointment 5 or 6 weeks later. Not to mention she will work with you to find convenient appointments or fit you in on short notice, if at all possible. The woman cutting my hair was nice enough but she seemed very unsure of everything she did. It took her forever to dry my hair yet the blow dryer was so hot that it was burning my scalp and face as she tried to dry it......and I don't have thick hair....as she washed my hair, water got all over my face as she was spraying and she didn't have a towel around my neck while washing, so my dress got wet. I know these seem like small things but sometimes it's the small things that make a huge difference. If I'm going for just a simple cut no problem! But if it's anything more like a color or an extreme change I would recommend going somewhere else......
