Such a fun way to exercise! The community here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the instructors are fun and encouraging. I signed up because I like dance fitness but I got so much more than that. You leave feeling so energized because everyone is excited to be there and encourage one another. There are tons of class times offered throughout the day, you could easily go before work or after or during midday if that works for you.
